How would you Rule????

Say you suddenly have unlimited knowledge and power. How would you choose to rule?? Choice 1. You make a bunch of rules or commandments. You get a few people to start a religion then spread those rules across the land. From there it doesn't matter. You choose it's all up to them to discover, learn it all, and believe in you in one lifetime. You just love those favorite people who follow your rules so as a reward, you give them eternal bliss for a job well done. You want your rules followed and do not want your authority questioned so those who do not follow the rules, you fry in a fiery pit for eternity. With such great power, you make it all about you and your rules. You care not about justice. You don't have to. You don't care that some people are wealthy while others struggle to even stay alive. It's all about the rules. You don't care that eternal hell would not be a fair punishment for any crime. You have the power. What you say goes. There will be those who hate you and want to overthrow your rule, screaming of the injustice of it all, however your might makes it right. Choice 2. With your unlimited knowledge, comes great wisdom. You choose that the only way to truly rule is through unconditional love. Loving all your people, you choose to teach them everything so that they too can acquire great wisdom. You realize that teaching through their free choices that there will be many whose lessons will be hard and hurt. You decide to place a time limit on the lessons so that each will have time to heal before they go back to school. You want them to understand though education can sometimes be hard that it is not about punishment. With your great knowledge and ability you give unconditional love, a love so complete there is no want, a love that feels so good that nothing else matters. Love is the greatest pain killer. With your rule, there will be no shortage. Each will know the greatest love and happiness that could ever be. With your rule, there will be no anger or hate from you or your people. There will be no rules or commandments for your people will do anything for you. How could they refuse such unconditional love that feels so good? So, which way will you rule?? With Hate or Love?? Which way is High Intelligence?? Which way is at a Higher Level?? Deep down, we all know God. Tell me. Which way is God?? If we alter our thinking away from the petty things of mankind such as ruling, controlling, and hating, this will open the door to a much higher level. Each much choose to take this path for themselves. This is where I am going. I hope you will see as well.

I wouldn't choose either of your gods. Neither is realistic. Your first description is based on how you think religion (your word for Christianity) has created god, but your view is so contrary to the facts that it cannot be taken seriously. You expose yourself as one ignorant of both the church and Scripture. Your second god could be a character from a fairy tale, and is based on what you want him to be. We don't get to dictate to God how, in our opinion, He should be. He will be who He will be. If you want God to be on your side, be obedient to Him. If you want His blessings, be obedient to Him. If you love Him, show it by being obedient to Him.

God has already given us the answer to why He created hell. He has already told us who will go there and how to avoid going there. All the answers are found in the Bible. The one I question is the one who has been given an opportunity to be educated about God and His will for mankind but rejects that education, and I question anyone who is offered the free gift of salvation and rejects it. God has educated us and does education us through His written Word, preachers, teachers, and missionaries. Not only that, but He has implanted His moral law within our hearts. Unfortunately, some prefer to do things their way rather than be obedient to God. Who's to blame, the one who offers education or the one who rejects it? No, my analysis of descriptions 1 & 2 are correct. What is clear is that your views are distorted and have no basis in fact. As I have said before, what can be proven in the Bible has always been proven to be the truth. If what can be proven has been proven to be true, it stands to reason that all of it can be trusted. I can backup my beliefs with the evidence of the Bible. bird: What do you have to backup your beliefs?

If you love God unconditionally and God created hell for anyone to go to then you would question Him. It is wrong to fry those kids when you have the capability to fix the problem through education. With high intelligence, this is no task for God. For God to do otherwise would show that God does hate. Don't think that is ever going to happen. God is at a much higher level than mankind. Yes, the choice one does describe the god religion brainwashes people into believing only they leave out the reality of a god making those choices. The picture should be clear now if one has their eyes open.Choice 2 is reality regardless of anyone's beliefs. Education will proceed regardless of anyone's beliefs. Relax, you too will know God's Unconditional Love. Fear not simply because mankind wants you to fear.

precious. your quote;Who's to blame, My answer; Does blame allow you to justify the creation of hell?? That is so sad. Your quote:No, my analysis of descriptions 1 & 2 are correct my answer; You assume you are on the good side of choice 1. Would you feel the same if you discovered that wasn't true? Choice 2 is reality. God is not the monster choice 1 and religion teaches. Your quote: As I have said before, what can be proven in the Bible has always been proven to be the truth. If what can be proven has been proven to be true, it stands to reason that all of it can be trusted. I can backup my beliefs with the evidence of the Bible. My answer. I have yet to see real proof that the bible comes from anywhere but mankind. Your quote:bird: What do you have to backup your beliefs? my answer;I have not been giving you my beliefs. I do realize they are beliefs to you simply because you do not know. If you really cared for the truth, you would have started that journey to discovery. If I did short cut you,you would be even more confused than you are now. You would not hear God. You would just recite your memorized holy book. All people carry a very narrow view. This is the very first thing God pointed out to me so that I could work on mine. How can you expect to see beyond your holy book when your eyes stay closed to everything but? God is so much more than you can find in any book. How will you ever discover this??

G-d is both, choice 1 And 2. For many choice 1 is the Only way they will learn. The only way they will see G-d . For others they Need choice 2. Me? If given the choice to Rule , I would pass. Why? no one would Ever do what I want done and that is neither hate me or love me but respect me. That is in neither 1 or 2. Either you are fearing every little mistake( choice 1) Or get smart, like me , and see you are doomed at birth. Or they get spoiled and believe it Really doesn't matter what you do , you are loved, period( choice 2) . But there was not a word for respect. With that There is no big choice between 1 or 2. I mean if a person chooses 1 over 2 or 2 over 1 as long as there is respect We All win.

I choose doom and gloom. It is my nature. Any light there was is gone now. Acting like happiness was made for me Was the Change but I still see it will be taken away and soon I will have to go. No I didn't see the respect in choice 2.

your quote; Acting like happiness was made for me Was the Change but I still see it will be taken away. My answer. Happiness is no more than a choice. No one can take that from you unless you allow it. I know a man who is badly crippled. Was his happiness taken from him??? He chose no. When you are around him, he gives off so much positive energy that it lifts everyone's spirit. When I asked him why he isn't miserable, he pointed out. What kind of a life would that be? It doesn't matter what happens or what everyone else does. Life is about our choices. Be brave enough to choose happiness. Be bold enough to spread your happiness to others. If you won't do it for them, do it for yourself. Your light is not gone. Kindle it up. Let it shine. Let the world see. The joy and happiness you spread will return to you. As the badly crippled man said. It's the only way to live. Live Happy!!!

Hmmm?? You can't see the respect in choice 2. Choice2 allows total freedom of choice. Choice 2 allows for you to decide what is right or wrong without trying to enforce rules or regulations on you. Choice 2 allows you to judge yourself. I see respect when a Being with God's capabilities works around you instead of imposing His will. We all have a choice of what we deem important in this world. We can choose to see goodness, happiness or we can choose to see nothing but doom and gloom. Why do you choose to see you are doomed at birth?? Look up. Open your eyes to the Possibilities. If you choose to make it about others, If you share your love and kindness as only you can do, the world can change before your eyes. You are only beat before you are started if you choose that for yourself. You are worth much more than that for yourself. Change. Choose differently. Your light can touch so many if only you will allow it.

“So, which way will you rule?? With Hate or Love??” The first choice tells you up front what the rules are. Everyone gets the same rules and chance. You get to choose for yourself if you’ll obey the rules or not. Just as you’re told what the rules are, you’re also told the consequences. The second choice only says it loves you but doesn’t show love as it makes you repeat and repeat until you get it right. It never tells you the rules. You have to figure that out for yourself, and because you don’t know the rules, and you can’t remember your previous life, you never know if you’re getting it right. You’re always in the dark. “Which way is High Intelligence?? Which way is at a Higher Level??” Choice one is the higher intelligence. We are in the light from the very beginning unlike the second choice which has us continuously in the dark. Real love won’t play games with you the way the second choice does. It will let you know from the first what you should expect. “Deep down, we all know God. Tell me. Which way is God??” In spite of your twisting to make the first choice come across as hate, it is obvious to anyone with any knowledge of God that the first choice is the true God and the God who shows love and justice. The second god is one mankind would make up so he wouldn’t have to face judgment.

“There are no rules for choice 2 because there is no need for them.” What are the lessons for if there are no rules nor need for them? "You will see it all and be anything you wish." In other words, you can get away with murder if that's your desire. Because there are no rules, there are no consequences. “You will gain true understanding of what your choices really mean without the hate and threats mankind feels you need.” If there are no guidelines for conduct and we can be anything we wish, how can there be true understanding of what our choices really mean? “Still, if you want choice 1, great. Just be very very careful. Choice one might not think like you think he does . That reality might prove to get a little hot for you.” Only someone with evil intent would try to lead others away from God by falsely accusing Him. “Worry not,the real God won't really fry you.” The real God will not fry anyone. He will allow us to make our own choices. The real God has shown us His perfect love by giving us the gift of His Son Jesus as a ransom for our sins. Eternal life is waiting for us. All we have to do is accept that gift. We don’t have to live life over and over in the hope that we’ll get “It” right, or try to learn lessons that don’t really exist because there are no rules that lessons are based on. Choice one has given us all the lessons we'll ever need for a blessed life now and throughout eternity. “Never think you are in the dark with choice 2.” Not only are we in the dark, it is worse than I thought. Your choice two has lowered man to the level of the beast with no moral laws only survival of the fittest.

Yes, bestboy. I can see you are confused. God places no rules. You choose your actions. God returns your actions so you can discover what they mean. If you choose to murder,it will return as a very hard lesson to learn. This happens regardless whether mankind let's them go. Unconditional Love means that you do what is best for that person. Isn't it best that all God's children understand their actions?? You bet. With the real God, this is done without hate. Your quote: Only someone with evil intent would try to lead others away from God by falsely accusing Him.My answer: I agree with you. Why then does religion claim to be good when they use fear and intimidation such as hell to manipulate people into following. It is a Sin to accuse God of creating hell for people to spend eternity in. I guess if God were really choice 1 , there would be lots of people in trouble. Your quote: The real God has shown us His perfect love by giving us the gift of His Son Jesus as a ransom for our sins. my answer: God does not pay Ransom. God solves the problem instead.Your quote:Your choice two has lowered man to the level of the beast with no moral laws only survival of the fittest.my answer; Survival of the fittest is at a lower level of understanding even though some people choose to live by it. When you have true understanding, you don't need rules. When you acquire enough wisdom, you will realize that there is only one answer. Unconditional Love.

Still, if you want choice 1, great. Just be very very careful. Choice one might not think like you think he does. That reality might prove to get a little hot for you. So you reach the top of the Dark Tower (referring to Steven King's books) and go into the little room and change things. But dare you do that? Perhaps you'll just screw things up. In you're scenario you're given unlimited knowledge, surely that would influence your decisions. Let's assume that I decide to go into the room, or perhaps I don't have a choice. I think I'd re-make the universe like a really cool combination of Lord of the Rings and Star Wars with more women and less fighting. That's not really answering your question. You're choice 1 is clearly your distortion of the Biblical God. You're choice 2 is your own made up religion (or are you working for some cult leader?) that you keep trying to promote here while pretending that you don't have a religion. I'm sure there are more choices. For a start, I think God has a back up plan for people who never hear the Gospel. God could have had different people to communicate his message, perhaps with different methods. He could have got a non-hereditary chosen people taken from the righteous in each generation. He could have given his prophets more spectacular powers. You also assume that people will try to do the right thing without any punishment if they screw up. What motivation do they have for that? Surely the unconditionally loving God won't do anything terribly bad to them no matter what they do. Also choice 2 seems to have right and wrong without rules, and that doesn't make sense. I think choice 1 raises the question of what God did before Abraham, on other planets or in other universes and what will he do on this planet and universe in the future. I don't know. The Bible implies that other people knew God before Abraham but it's sketchy on the details. It doesn't tell us how Abraham came to know God either. I think there's a distinct Bable Fish factor, you know people see clear evidence of God and find some argument to dismiss it. Therefore however blatantly God chooses to communicate his will, some people will ignore him and find ways to dismiss his communications.

Your quote:Therefore however blatantly God chooses to communicate his will, some people will ignore him and find ways to dismiss his communications. My answer: God is capable of creating universes. God is very smart. So what do you think He will do with who dismiss Him?? Fry them???? Come now. The intelligence that created the universe must be smarter than mankind. Consider this, Choice2 Needs no rules. The parameters are set. Can't run away from that. You freely choose your actions. They return in time so you can decide how to value them. Nothing left to be done. Argue with yourself. God just sends you Unconditional Love. I must comment on you saying that I have a religion. That is not true. I have facts. I want no followers. Believe what you like. Perhaps, my real goal is to make people curious enough to search for God and the answers themselves rather than rely on others for their information about God. As with all knowledge, all the secrets of the universe stare us in the face. How long did mankind watch birds fly before they figured out how. God works on multiple levels with multiple views. The answers run deeper than the mere surface. God has high intellect. We are going to have to stretch our thinking to understand. I will continue on my journey. Each new door leads to many more exciting things to learn. I am an eager student.

Graptopetalum. How will the scumbag ever learn if they never come it contact with the really good people who help teach them? That is why this world is a multilevel classroom. Everyone teaches everyone in life. Look closely at those in your life. They are there for a reason. As for my facts being facts, well they are facts, only from other's point of view they are beliefs simple because they have not discovered them yet. If you claim facts are impossible to verify, you won't even attempt to verify them. Perhaps, it's a big mistake if one really wants the truth. It's the same with God. I find few people who search for God. Most are content to have God in their holy books and not really in reality. If God exists, then God can be found. How many really truly want to find God??

bird, yes God is smarter than mankind, he is smarter than you so perhaps he's worked out that frying those who dismiss him is the best way to deal with them. I think there are probably different levels to heaven and hell so a fairly good person who rejected the gospel goes to a better part of hell and a lifelong scumbag who converted on their deathbed goes to the lowest part of heaven. Of course we have to have free will so perhaps that's why God isn't more blatant about how he communicates with us. Your religion is your beliefs about morality and the paranormal. Everybody has a religion. Most people either have a poorly thought out one, basically agnosticism or atheism or they more-or-less follow one of the organized religions (although atheism is getting organized). You seem to have a fairly elaborate one that you claim isn't a religion and you make no obvious references to religious writings (I think it approximates to Hinduism). You don't have facts! Or at least you don't present facts, you just make claims about reincarnation and karma that are impossible to verify.

I think if one believes in God he should let his god to do his job instead of asking such silly questions.Otherwise he will no longer believe in a creator, but he will become the creator of a god and the god will become the slave of his thinking.

iuliuxd. To question is the start on the journey to discover the real truth. The only one's who do not want you to question are those who want to shield you from the truth. God has no fear of questions. In fact, God wants us all to ask the questions. The view gets better with more questions and more truth that we will discover. Sure, thinking does take work. Few things worthwhile in life come easy. The results are worth any effort. Your quote:Otherwise he will no longer believe in a creator, my answer:Let's stop relying on beliefs. If we question and search for truth, we can know not merely believe.

If God really made a hell and no one ever questions Him, God would never realize that He did wrong. Contrary to popular belief, might doesn't make it right. One should always stand up for what is right. You must also realize that anyone with high intelligence would already know that hell is wrong. God already knows this. Mankind does not.

Hello, bird123. Very interesting discussion. Very thought provoking as well. It is nice to see that you have allowed us to see both sides of the coin, but YAHVAH is much more than that. He is the creator, and since everything was made by him and for him, it is his to rule as he sees fit. But, one thing is missing. He did give universal wisdom to Adam and Eve. They were to pass it down EXACTLY as YAHVAH (GOD) wanted it, so as to make no confusion. Trust me when I say that He too works within the framework of the laws he created and gave to man. He has to, because it would be hypocrisy if he did not. He never contradicts himself and he always gives to those EXACTLY what he wants in return. LOVE. If I had to choose which one I would want to be, it would have to be the second one. The main reason is because it is how our father wants us to be. Yet, there has to be law, because it was placed there for us to see ourselves. It was placed there to let us know that there is a wise (GOD) of the universe who has a great plan for us. No one should rule with hate. No man should rule with a lot of power, because it will make him feel like he is better than the people who placed him there. We should not have a controlling ruler, because it causes fear in the people, and YAHVAH has not called us to fear, but peace, love and a sound mind. I wanted to say that you have a great discussion here bird123, and I think that it is one of the better ones I have seen. It is on my top 5 list and I am glad to comment on it. I agree with a lot of what you stated, and though we have a few different views, you make a wonderful point.. May YAHVAH bless you. Have a great day. :) :)

Codyman, Mankind has written lots about God. The assumption is that all of what is said is true. Believing all of what mankind writes is blind faith. God wants His children to be able to stand on their own two feet. God wants His children to be able to THINK. So often in religion that is not true. Religions use people's feelings to shape their view. Everything about God, contrary to mankind's view will add up. Regardless of any rules mankind claims that God has, Great wisdom fixes the problems rather than discard them to a fiery pit for eternity. God is capable of teaching and bringing great wisdom to us all even if it takes eternity to do it. We must see beyond the view of mankind to see what is missing in their view. We must see what is.

I agree with you in that he has written them in our hearts and in our minds. That is the law of the universe. So, in reality, we should know how to rule because he has given us wisdom to know the difference. It is funny, because this reminds me of the AA mantra. But, you are right, many people have their own idea about YAHVAH, but have no Idea who he really is. I know that he showed us with the man who went to the cross. I dont understand how people can be angry when he did that for us. It is like this for me. You parent is telling you that they love you and not to play around the train tracks. You are not sure that they really love you so you go and play. A train is heading your way, and your parent, seeing it, runs to push you out of the way. You are on your back and see your parent get smashed by the train. They die. Wouldn't you feel the least bit of remorse? Wouldn't you know that they really loved you by saving you in that way? Wouldn't you want to do things to honer them after that? Like the song, "amazing love, how can it be, that you should die for me?" Bird123, it is the pit of Gehennah outside of Jerusalem that he was talking about. He was talking about believers who decided to not believe and eventually leave the faith. Or pervert it. He was not talking about ALL humans. He would never throw someone into the "pit" who never heard of the gospel. Paul talks about those who have not heard, will be judged by their works apart from the gospel. If you dont know about Yashua (Jesus), how will you be judged by him? The answer is, you will not be. But, you will be judged by what is in your heart and in your mind. I am sorry if this seems like a stiff argument, and I am really in a good mood, It just looks like I am being stiff...JK. Anyway, I want you to have a great day bird123. I hope that you have many more great discussions like this one. :)

3. Possessing great wisdom you realise that fallible creatures will stray from unconditional love only too easily. And having unconditional love yourself you want to help them so you give them a few principles, practical guidelines that, if followed, will help them to create a culture in that will engender unconditional love. Now, that is the greatest wisdom and the most intelligent all the best urban

Yes, that is very good wisdom. On the other hand, some will only learn having made all the selections themselves and experienced it all in order to really know without a doubt. If I can have unlimited power and knowledge, then the question arises: Why cannot all beings also have such ipower an dknowledge? The rule which applies to me also should apply to all other beings. Your logic is that there is a God with unlimited power and knowledge and he has always had this power an dknowledge. He never struggled for this power an dknowedge. But the rest of the beings are under his control and they are just ants in front of your God. They have to struggle and pass through lots of adversity to acquire wisdom whereas your God has wisdom since eternity whout any suffering. One rule for your god and a totally different rule for the rest of the universe. The question 'How would you rule if you had unlimited power and knowledge?' does not arise because it is meaningless question and it is meaningless because, in our true nature, all of us are already having the unlimited power and knowledge. We do not have to struyglle to aqyuire the wisdom. We already have it. We are our own manifestation. In our true natuire, we are spiritual beings. You may ask the question: 'Iw manifested ourselves, then why is there so much adversity?' The answer is that no adversity ever affects our true nature. In our true nature, we are always calm and cool. Whatever happens in the physical world is just a game for us we are not here to learn anything. The purpose of life is not learning because we already have all the knowledge. We are the sum of all knowledge. God does not exist. God is imaginary. We are uncreated, eternal, unlimited and infinite. Now you may say. 'I know that Frederick exists. I also know that God exists. I have found God.' The answer is simple. I am uncreated, you are uncreated. The entire universe is uncreated. Therefore. creator/God does not exist. What you found is not Gof. There is plenty of proof that there is no God.

You do bring up some interesting issues. Indeed, I am still discovering things myself. Part of the problem is that we still think in terms of the physical laws of this universe. We all have a limited view even with the widest we have. Still, I am working on this. I do know that God exists. I have experiences. The thing you said that I am thinking is true is that we are made of the same stuff God is. I think we too always were and always will be. Whether created or a part of God, I still have no answers to fact. WE must increase our view and thinking to understand reality without time. There is much yet to discover.

I would have created a beautiful world with no disease, no accident, no pain whatsoever. Couch potato means sedentary lifestyle - type of lifestyle with no or irregular physical activity. A person who lives a sedentary lifestyle may be known as a couch potato. Sedentary activities include sitting, reading, watching television, playing certain video games, and computer use for much of the day with little or no vigorous physical exercise. D id I ever say that I want my creation to everyday sit on the sofa, read a book daily, daily watch tv or computer and not do any physical exercises? My creation would go around for long walks, mountain climbing and all sorts of outdoor games. There would be no tension, no anxiety. There would be no starvation. Nobody would feel bored nor tired.

Hi bird: I would chose the God who guide people, the God of love because that's my personal vision of God. I don't feel identified with these preachers that always focus on the God that will punish you for not observing the rules they consider are the ones that everybody have follow. By the description of some intolerant people, their personal God is intolerant, hateful, vengeful and won't consider your personal situation. If there's a God I think it's not like that. ALVARO

TheMetallion. OK, Reality check here. Sure, relax and party, however I know you are too intellectual to be satisfied were mere partying. You would enjoy so much watching the kiddies grow up. Your greatest joy would be when that light bulb went off over their head and they understood. Think also of all their adventures along your kiddies path to discovery. Never a dull moment.

True Metallion, true... I think you have it right. :) But, you need to have a switch just in case...you know, to keep yourself in line. JK :)

That is pretty much the Satan rule the world for now, which will change with Christ when He the whole thing comes back to Him to rule over the nation. You can make all the rule you want but still God is still above all that and looks at it and says another one that is trying to go his own way and doesn't want to follow my way. Don't try to write your own commandments they are already written, there are ten of them study them dear. Gods knows what is best for us. The manual of instruction that He gave us which is called the Bible was written for all of us to teach us ho to take care of yourself so lets study it, thank you.

The bible was written by mankind. These choices should show that reality would make god a monster for frying his kiddies. God is not choice 1. God is the Unconditional Love of choice 2.Take mankind's part out of all holy books and the view will change for everyone. If one chooses never to question, one will become blind to the truth. Do you question or merely accept blindly??

One can never go wrong with Unconditional Love. If more people would see this, this world would change before our eyes. It's all in understanding the true wisdom of God.
