I like green tea and white and OOlong and others but I was at my local chinese grocery store the other day where I like to buy tea and I came across a tea that I have never heard of before so I am just wondering if there are any tea lovers out there if they could tell me what kind of tea this is. It's called PU-ER-HTEA and it says that it's a famous china tea. Anyway, if you have any information about this tea, I appreciate learning about it. I tried it and it is quite a strong tea but tastes good. Thanks, your thoughts, My Lot, friends!!

I have not heard of the tea that you mentioned but I have had Oolong and green tea. My most recent tea discovery that I liked very much but will have difficulty in trying to get it is the Lemon tea that I had while visiting Sagada, which is a province here in the Philippines. My friends and I were able to get their mountain tea which is also different from the regular teas that we can buy from stores here in Manila but what I really liked is the Lemon tea. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any being sold at the shops in Sagada.

I love tea, too but not really much into it. I drink it once a day, usually after lunch. I've been told that tea has health benefit if you drink it regularly. In my country, tea is sold with different brand, each claiming to be the best.

I never tried PU-ERH tea, just heard about it, and those who drank it expected weight loss from it. But people tend to use everything healthy for weight loss, so that's nothing new. Now that you mentioned I'm thinking about trying it too, it would be good to learn more about it.

I used to drink black tea but as of the moment I like drinking milk tea. Does it count? I find green tea to be bitter for my taste and I have not tastes PU-ER-TEA. But Im open to tasting it if my taste buds can handle it.

Oh I get so confused about all the teas, blaxk, white, green then all the fancy ones, I just tend to go for the ordinary teas that I guess is the common one but I don't know what colour that one is...
