I lost some weight by not taking any sugar,bread,coffee,pastries,chocolates,sweets. Drinking 1-2 glasses of previously boiled and cooled water 1st thing in the morning,eating an apple before I have my oats.Also water during the day up to 4 glasses,the only fruit I eat is apples,bananas,passion fruit,oranges, all veg,chicken and hake.

That sounds really good! I love vegetables. I have recently started 'dieting' as well (I really hate to call it that) but I have only lost less than 10 pounds in the past couple of weeks. Well, no wait, scratch that - that's pretty good, especially for me. . I think amping up the exercise portion of things is a good plan too. Congrats! And best of luck to you!

You have a good diet plan. Your eating a lot of healthy food that can't just lose you weight but can also give you more health. Keep on it.
