Good for you. I am also in a weight-loss goal. I already loose about 6 kilos or about 13 pounds since the start of this year. Still, I am on my weight-loss program since I haven't reached my goal yet. However, I think it will take more time of loosing weight because I stopped my 30-minute early morning jogging routine for almost two weeks already. I am going to resume jogging next week. If you don't mind, may I ask how long it took for you to loose 2 pounds?

Reducing calorie, increasing fiber intakes would help a lot in lossing weight. Also, increasing your body's metabolism thru exercise could also help. They say that fats are not the one that should be eliminated in the body but the amount of stored calories should be the one to consider in loosing weight.

oh that's lot of pounds already to lose. I am really eager to lose weight since me and hubby are planning to take summer vacation. I started this week, I do zumba every day for 2hours, jog/walk at night and cereals.I started not to eat heavy meals haha and I think wearing sweat shirts or thick fabric clothes help me sweat a lot. I am not a type of person who really sweats hahaha

Good for you! Maybe you can now treat yourself for some ice cream or fast food out there to gain that weight back again! Just kidding! Go work harder to trim yourself of unwanted weight further. Unlike you, I am working on trying to bulk up my weight. So we have opposite goals. If only you can transfer that weight of yours to me. Imagine how easy and symbiotically beneficial that would be to both of us?

Unfortunately, I have tried Appeton weight gain milk too, but to no success in weight gain. I just gained a few pounds and then it vanished quickly. Plus, the price is pretty hefty and unaccommodating for my pocket. Anyway, once I get a nice pay, I will try to consistently take on this one. They say it is quite effective but I have yet to prove it myself. I just used it for around two months though.

I have been telling myself that I need to go do jogging or walking more but I never do go out to do it. I could have done it today but instead I spent the whole day do nothing. Now it's night and I can't do that. I could do what I did last night which is to listen to music and detox my mind and dance to it. I want to lose a little more weight, but I also know that walking will open my mind and help me to become healthier and be able to think more clearly. I guess all I think about though is how I need to spend a lot of time online to earn when I'm not at my job.

Hi SC, if you feel like no time of doing such outdoor activity to lose weight then maybe just try to eat less fat or oil foods and lessen food intake. I do listen to music and dance at home to and you're right it help to relax our mind. I know you can earn more while you're not at you physical job I always see you here

I'm not sure how always, because I've been working a lot more lately, lol. Yes I do get some physical activity in at my day job, because I am on my feet all day. I just need something to open and relax my mind as well. I'm listening to music while mylotting to relax myself. So many expenses, and all i want to do is shop! I don't eat very many homecooked meals, but then again i guess you could say I don't eat very much either.

oh that's great that you still get physical activity on your job. I do before too when I was working and that's why I barely go to gym before too.

That's awesome. I hate scales, totally, but it's really encouraging when after a hard day of working out & eating right, you step on the scale to see a smaller number. It all seems worth it at that point, then doesn't it? Best of luck to you! Hope all is well!
