Everytime I sleep late and waking up I always have a headache. My problem is that I'm having trouble about sleeping, i can't sleep well at night and I can't sleep in the afternoon even though I'm sleepy. that's why I always have a headache when lack of sleep.

Headache is always a result of something else. You better check this first: do you drink enough water? How do you lay down, headaches can be caused by a wrong way of sleeping, a wrong position of your neck (throw pillows away if you use them). And if it comes to sleeping, this is a habit as well. If you never sleep at the right time you still have to go to bed at the right time, so your body gets used to it. It may take weeks before it does but there is no other way. Being too tired/sleepy can also be the reason why you can't sleep, so still go to bed at the right time. No computer, watching movies, reading books, heavy meals in the 2 hours before you go to bed. Meditation might help and write down all your thought before you go to bed.

Maybe this is the best way to overcome this headache and have a nice sleep. No computer, heavy meals and watching movies late at night, and have a right time to go to bed...Thanks for the comment to all of you guyz...

Yup that's true if someone wakes me up from sleep early in the morning and I have a little time of sleep, it really makes me in a bad mood....

That's true. When you don't get enough sleep, you're mind as well as your body is not rested. You need sleep to replenish you with energy and if you lack sleep you act like a zombie. You're too tired to get up, you're head is aching, and everything around you hazy. Do you have insomnia? I had that when I was in high school, I don't have it now. I guess I have to associate that with the pressures around me and so much anxiety I could not sleep. This happened for 4 years, when I was in college it's gone when I felt comfortable with my environment. How about you? Do you have issues that keeps you awake at night? Are you anxious of something?

Maybe because of many things I think of when lying in bed going to sleep and that's the reason I can't sleep right away. I felt like my mind is still working even when I'm sleep that's why I feel lack of time in my sleep and it give's me headache. I felt exhausted and tired everytime I wake up early with less sleep.

I feel your pain, I wake up more days with a headache than not again. I do not know what causes it but I do have trouble sleeping many nights. I never take naps in the afternoon and I still can't sleep at night. I have heard taking naps past 3 p.m. is bad, so it should be earlier than that.

That's right. When you have trouble sleeping at night, it's not good if you take naps in the afternoon. Just save it later in the night, also don't force yourself to sleep, you'll get frustrated and angry, the more you won't be able to sleep. Just do some stuffs like reading, (a boring book, hehe) until you get tired and sleepy. It might help.:)
