Are there any special things you have done to get over any kinds of fears in your life? I mean, if I would try to get over one of mine, what would you suggest besides to just go and DO IT, as it just doesn't seem to be working for me. Does it depend on the type of fear or have you used this method for all your fears? Do you still have a fear of anything now? How about driving, do you have a fear of that?

Driving is not a fear I have at all, luckily. The job I had last year I was driving anywhere from 10 -70 miles per day to different branches/locations of the company I worked for - it was a lot of highway driving, traffic driving, rural driving, side street driving - a little bit of everything depending on where they needed me. The only thing I really really dislike is driving in heavy snow OR during heavy rain when it's hard to see and/or you have little-to-no control over the wheel. That's always scary for me. The only way I've heard of getting over a fear is just DOING it. I think there are things in life that we will ALWAYS dislike doing, regardless of how many times we do it. Maybe it's just one of those things.
