Would you advertise something that doesn't really work well?

if you work as a model and a particular company offers to pay you a handsome amount to promote their product which apparently isn't as effective as they claim to be. Like for example a dandruff shampoo, would you still advertise it?

I think I will accept the job. I will just go after the money since that I am only promoting their product. hehehe

if you judge every offer that comes your way with a moral compass you will be left with nothing .i will take the offer because i am just promoting it .
