How can I express my sad feeling of losing my grandmother? All happened so suddenly... My grandmother was always healthy, had no illness. Before that day, she even washed clothes and prepared lunch for me. But on march 9th ,a week after 80 birthday of my grandmother, she suddenly felt dizzy, nausea and vomiting, sweated in 16:00. Though she said she was fine, just little matter, all these were out of our control...Minuths later, she became weaker and weaker,I was worried and afraid, so I called the emergency telephone. We arrived hospital in 16:30, beginning, the Doc thought it was illness in brain, but last,in fact, it was heart desease... When my mom came to hospital in 17:30, grandmother already couldn't speak. Finally, she dead in 18:30 after insisting to see all children of her... We all cried so sadly, her all life was hard and she did too much for us, but we have no opportunity to take care of her... Just after two hours I lost my grandmother???Until then I can't accept the fact. Ten days past, I have no day can't miss her. I always believe my grandmother is so good that she must life with my grandfather happily in heaven. Grandmother, if you can see us, you must know how much I miss you!

So sorry to hear this, may she rest in peace. It is always hard to lose a loved one, sometimes harder when you lose them so quickly. You can also look at it that she didn't suffer for a long time, she lived a long life and has a wonderful family to show for it. Thinking about it this way may help with your grief.
