earning from photo and comment

As i am new here i read few things and most i got to know from friend whom i get referred but as i am new want to ask about the earning i have from the photo and comment on those photos.
Will i get paid for uploading photos as mylot say yes but how much and how will mylot say it is not violating copyright as most of the pic i seen are not originaly own by some one who posted here.
Second is will i got paid for comment on the image on mylot?
I ask this to my referer but he say better make a discussion you will gain acknowledged from members as well as you will have a subject to talk on mylot. I impressed with his idea comes here to talk what i want to know.
Can you all let me know my ans.

welcome to mylot harish why on earth did you not use the links mylotadmins gave you to get the answers to those questions you
\ask here. because mylot admins wanted you to read all the FAQ's for this information but you did not , this discussion will probably be deleted as it breaks a mylot rule about using the FAQ's instead
of making a discussion asking us questions mylot has already answered for you in the FAQ's so I am trying to help and giving up my earnings as you will lose your earnings.yes of course you get paid for comments on pictures you yourself have taken and added to
a discussion.go read all the mylot information as it is best to learn it from the source not from an othe newbie who does not know anything for sure as he or she also did not read the information they were told to read.so depend on the gu delines and the FAQs to give you correct information just by reading them

Hatley this user willnot get paid for comments that OTHER people leave on the images that they upload surely? We get paid for what we type not for what others type.

I think that your friend who referred you doesn't know how to answer you and that is the reason he told you to start a topic 
First, if you read the Photo Guidelines:

you will see that copyrighted photos are not allowed and that we are told to report abuse. If you (or anyone else) see copyrighted photos you should report them. MyLot will get into a heck of a lot of trouble if copyrighted images are found to be on their site 
Secondly (and your friend should know this) YOU do NOT earn for what other users type. If THEY post comments on your photos then THEY will earn for those comments, not you. YOU only earn for what YOU type.
If I were you I would ask your friend if he knew that too
