The Uk's government is a mix between conservatives and lib dems, although their views can be contrasting what is your views on the government they have sustained to this point!

They're certainly less toxic than the gang of authoritarian scumbags who were in charge before them, but overall I'm disappointed with them so far. They haven't done much to chop away at the huge pile of police state type laws that were implemented by the Labour government (although to their credit they did abolish the ID card scheme) and they haven't got to grips with the deficit yet - despite all the talk of cuts, government spending is still going up, and they're spending more than they take in tax, which means borrowing the difference. They need to get to grips with the problem and make real, deep cuts in government spending. There are whole areas that the government should get out of, like subsidising the arts, and child benefit should be phased out. Taxes need to be cut right across the board, for both rich and poor alike - that would leave more money in the economy and make life easier for businusses, thus creating jobs.
