hello friends good morning to all of you. well friends i was so thrilled and excited that i have earned my first amount in the my lot.In the earning sectioin i reached the payout of $10.But to my utter disbelief the amount is neither in my account.can you friends please tell me and guide me where my $10 has gone as the balance left in my account is zero. thanx in advance.

probablyyou was unverified memeber and so may be there is something wrong on the transaction try to contact the support probably they know what ahppend in reality...

What's your paypal status? Verified or Unverified? If it says "Unverified", most probably your payment might have returned to mylot. Contact the admin. (Just send a message to user admin GoAskAlice. You don't need to be friend for sending message to Alice.)

hello friend....thanx for your prompt but i am really very much worried because of this.Actually my paypal status was unverified initially but yesterday i received a message on my mobile that a transanction of Rs 1/- has been debited from my account by the Paypal.now what should be my next step please guide me. thanx

That implies that, when mylot sent out the payment, your paypal stats was unverified. Now, log in to your bank account and note down the transaction amounts. Then log in to your paypal account. You will prompted to enter the amounts. Just type the amounts of transaction that you noted down. (In any order.) Now your paypal will become verified. Then contact GoAskAlice (admin of mylot) with your paypal id and explain the fact to her. Mostly your money will be back here in mylot account and next month you will be paid.

As far as I know, as GoAskAlice said at his profile page, he can't assist with payment issues. So I think perhaps it would be more appropriate to contact myLot via contact us form - http://www.mylot.com/o/contactus.aspx CMIIW

I'm glad for you that you've reached your profit by $ 10. which country are you? I use PayPal and status you checked whether or unverified. just check or contact the administrator he will explain in detail. Success!
