I usually wake up at 5:30 AM daily. I do exercise lightly then, I wash the dishes or washing clothes etc ... Recently, I seem fatter. So, I want to do exercise much more to lose weight. So, I make a plan: I'll get up at 5:00 AM for jogging. I made this plan only ONE day ! I got up at 5:00 AM. I feel asleep. I can't work a focus. Two days after that, I must sleep early at night in order that my health can turn back normal ! I feel scary my body! I can get up at 5:30 AM without any problems. However, if I get up at 5:00 AM, I'll opposite with many bad things.

We should have schedule which is suitable with our body. In order that we can continue it and don't give up...

Maybe you have to sleep earlier for you to wake up at 5am without any problems at all. I'm following an exercise plan where I also have to wake up early to do some cardio exercises. Nothing too big, just activities that would get my heart pumping to burn some fat over the course of the day. I'm actually trying to lose weight for the upcoming outing me and friends planned in May. Anyway, my point is, you have to make certain adjustments in order for you follow your designated plan. Make compromises if necessary. If you don't, things will not change for you.

I did it. I went to bad earlier at night. However, I still feel bad on after morning! I think that I should keep the routine getting up at 5:00 AM.

i usually wake up at the same time everyday too.. and recently i added some routines in my supposed morning exercise. i would usually play dance songs while in the bathroom and dance to the music! haha well its at least 10 minutes of dancing in the bathroom. make sure you don't slip and then just get right on to the shower! haha :D exercises can be fun too.

I can't do that because my bathroom is too small :) But I think your ideas are not bad! Good you healthy!

I am not a morning person at all. Despite I get up at 6:30 AM to go to work. Blllahh! I'd rather sleep in to my leisure and go to work when I want. Guess I would have to be rich to do something like that, like not ever having to slave ever again? lol I guess when you change your wake up time even by a few mins. It screws you up.

A day will be longer if you get up earlier. And morning air is very well. I think you should get up earlier to enjoy it :)

Can you excercise at night. I usually workout out after work and feel very relaxed in the evening where I can go to bed easy and wake up refreshed.

I also wake up at around 5:30 every day. Sometimes I 'sleep in' until 5:45 though, in which case I really need to bust my butt to get ready, make coffee, get dressed, etc, because I like to be out the door and on my way to work by 6:10 in the morning. I also want to start waking up earlier to work out. Lately I've been working out AFTER work (i get out at about 4, and I have been working out with my sister around 6) but there's something intriguing about waking up earlier to go running or work out. But it's SO incredibly hard to wake up earlier than 5:30 - 5:30 is early enough as it is! . Maybe until you can force yourself to wake up earlier, you should go on jogs or work out AFTER work - such as at 6pm like myself or even before you go to sleep. At least you'd be getting exercise in.
