Hey Guys can you tell me how to get traffic for adf.ly?

I want to get traffic to frame breaking url's i.e url's which break frames.I need hits for triond, adfly and linkbucks links. Can anyone tell me traffic exchange(auto surfing and manual surfing sites both) which can give me hits to these links.

you must promote as many link to your site as you can. i have do that and i've got many traffic

shorten ur are not accepted often in many sites as traffic exchange or even link exchange so normally these sites can work if you post your short links using your blog or website...

Traffic is not that easy to get. I mean, real solid traffic. What you need to do is, create a blog, build that blog, garner readers by posting on your blog regularly. When you get so many followers and readers, on your blog posts, convert all outgoing links into an adfly shortened links. Or, you may also try converting all "recommended links" into adfly links, just like what I did in my blog at a1homebusinessideas.blogspot.com . Try it.
