Hey there lotters, How's it going everybody, well am doing great. I was thinking about what are the simpliest ways that we do in a day that relieves our stress. Am not thinking of massages or sauna because one at the moment i cant spare the buck two dont have the time, So i thought what can i do to relax myself a simple thing that i can use. One there is cheap scented candles and meditation with music that is really relaxing to me, then of course playing basketball well that burns calories and also takes the edge off in a positive manner and then lastly a shower well i know it is environmentally bad to waste water but if you minimize doing it in a week I guess that is Okay, our water pressure here is good so if you just get the right turn of the water gauge you can get that massage effect of the water on your back from the shower. How bout you guys what do you do to relieve stress without really making a hole your pocket?

For me deo, my stress reliever at the end of the day, is just being in our bedroom, seated in our cushion in front of the TV, to watch my favorite soaps. My feet are raised in an otto man , piled with pillows. When i am done with my soaps and rested enough , i would eat dinner. Wash the dishes and go back to watching TV, while husband isn't home yet, because once he arrives and have eaten dinner, he already owns the remote.

i find taking a hot shower a stress reliever. sometimes when i have a headache and i feel so heavy when i get up in the morning, i just take a shower and good think, i feel some relief. even though sometimes it doesn't go away completely, at least i feel refreshed and energized. and also sometimes, i just watch a movie while in bed and then just get some more sleep.

I find that taking a shower or a bath can be very relaxing and a great stress reliever. It's always helped me relax, whenever I felt stressed and need something to just relax. I'm not sure why. It simply does. There are other ways that help me relax. I find that going for walks and reading very relaxing.

yes. we do have a free stress reliever at home, it is our adorable son. sometimes he is energy draining but he never fails to make us laugh and forget about how tired and stressed we are. once i see his smile, all the stress in my body is gone. i know a parent like me can understand what i am talking about. our children can drive us nuts but they are the source of our true happiness and strength.

I don't know if a shower can relieve all my stress from the day. Actually, somehow, I like to take a bath, and lay myself down without any hurry. I just mediating, or close my eyes for a moment of nap. Later, I felt so much better from all day long stress from it. I don't know if those massage really can help me to relieve myself, but I prefer a vacation to somewhere else I don't have stress at all.
