Cooked squash scrambled with egg.

Earlier, i was thinking about what to eat.And i have squash in the table,and thinking to cook it and then scramble with egg and with other ingredients.And yes i did it,after,i fried it with oil and then eat with rice. It is good taste although i made it in the first time.The squash has good benefits like carotene,and eggs also has to help..So i was being excited when i made it.

In my country it is common to use pieces of squash along with a piece of meat, a potato and a carrot for a soup that is called cazuela. French cut green beans are added just a little while before seving it. I also use it for vegetable soups of all sorts. They freeze well and I cut them in pieces so that I can put them in the soup while frozen.
