Hello Lotters, Hard to believe that after they moved to a certain subdivision back in 2008, they have decided to move again. but they were some issues as to why they wanted to move to a new home, which practically bigger than the last one. first reason, It wasn't theirs to begin with, it was owned by our aunt and she was kinda not acting nice after she found out about their dog. another reason was that there was this trouble some situation with the subdivision's developer, but it really doesn't add up as to why they would transfer to their newly bought house that early..it's not even fully paid yet, i hope they don't get into trouble. And that's why i haven't been here for days. I was around helping him fill the bulbs, set the sealing fans and do some cleaning. i hope i don't have to go back tomorrow, because there's already other people around already. the Plan moved out will be around 3am at the eastern sunday..

it would be better to transfer to their own place than living in somebody elses place. as you know that i have a wife and kid and it is better for us to live on our own. although i have to tell you that we are still renting. i mean on our own is no relatives to tell us what to do or no parents who is eyeing on every move we do. it is also easier to breath when you are living on your own. no one to please but ourselves. if we wake up late it is up to us, if we always stay out doors then it is up to us. i do understand the reason of your brother. you might not get it because you are still single but i know most of the married couples here at mylot will get it.

Hello Seventhbird, It's not just that i have been really slow in terms of posting a lot in mylot. i guess i don't have what it takes to make topics any more. i dont know what happened lately. but for now, i would probably need to make time in terms of helping my brother out with this moving out thing

It's okay to move in a house that's not fully paid yet. It's uncommon for people in our country to be able to pay in full immediately, it's okay to have amortization because it allows them to have extra cash (rather than pay everything then have nothing for food). As for them moving out, I think they have good reasons. They wouldn't want to be forever under the roof of your Aunt, and neither would you be if you already have a family and could well support a new home. As for the time and date of the move, that's normal because Chinese superstition says that it's lucky to move to a new home at the 8th of the month and should be there before the sun rises - thus the 3am time. I think you should just be supportive. These are decisions made by your brother and for sure he would gladly help you out when the time comes. Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

Hello Laydee, Well I am happy that he's moving to a bigger house, and the time of transfer will be in the middle morning i think. WOW! I didn't think they would actually believe in that DAMN! no wonder they kept moving around in the early morning. I have been supportive for days, but when a nephew of my sister in law came it was about time for me to take a bit break and don't do much except mylot

Hello Johndur, Yeah I agree, this time no one can dictate to him what needs to be done in the house, except himself. am proud he made this decision, i think he can have as many pets as he wanted to. am happy for him actually, despite of all the stress that he has for the last few days

Boy! I hate to move. It sounds like they may be happy they make this move. In our stressful lives we don't need the added stress of trouble with relatives. Blessings

hello letranknight25, i hope things gets better for you.. and that your brother gets moved in and squared away soon as well.. i know we use to move alot and it is a major pain.. and im finally able to accept that im not going to find anything better out there.. because the wanting to move was all me.. so now im pretty happy where we are, we have a decent home, that is cozy and the rent is cheap enough so i glad not to be moving.. hopefully we will stay here a long time.we have been her almost 3 years.. so i hope that your brother likes his house and is content and can be happy.. but i must say.. i would be upset if i could not have my dog and that would be a deal breaker for me as well.. take care.. have a great day..

Reading this post makes me wonder how my family has gone through a lot of major adjustments moving out and transferring residences one after the other. When I got married, my husband and I moved in to a small apartment in the heart of the city. But when I gave birth to our child, we had to transfer to a bigger residence. Then when our kid started schooling, we had to rent a small apartment near the school so we won't have difficulty sending him off and picking him up from school. Through the years, I don't recall anymore how many times we moved out for various reasons and transferring to other houses, apartments or condos. At the moment, we are just renting a small condo in anticipation of a bigger condominium which we purchased and which will be ready for occupancy in 2013. I guess that would be the last time we get to move in to a new residence.

Hello awesomekid, I know that it wasn't easy at all. but with my mom having so many friends and contacts, it was not a problem. it must be hard knowing you need to transfer what ever stuff that we have at home. must be hard, but as long as you have a truck or a large vehicle, i think it's gonna take a little while to do it.

That is not a good situation to be in at all, always moving, it is hard since you have to bring all of your stuff and make friends with a whole lot of people again. Which part of the Philippines do they live anyway..Our country is just getting so crowded that finding a permanent place to stay is hard.
