Did You Cook Traditional Easter Dinner or Something Different?

This year we decided to not have a traditional Easter dinner instead we had a cook out with friends. This was the first year I have not had a ham and all the fancy trimmings. We spent the day by going to early service at church and then spent the afternoon at the pool and cooking out. I do feel a little guilty about not doing the traditional but we had a nice time. Was wondering how many of you follow your traditional family ways or have you changed with the changing times.

I usually make a turkey since my kids rather have that but this year I made a spiral ham. I made the usual sides for a turkey though so they were quite happy. I invited my neighbors (5) and they brought over 3 more sides. We were quite stuffed afterwards - lol - but it was a great time for all!
