When you are just frustrated at everything and everyone around you and you need to do something to get all of it out of your mind so you don't start taking it out on people around you that you love? I will come here to my lot or watch a movie or go for a walk or try and find something new to cook, But you always have to know that you will still be frustrated over the way people act sometimes and I am one to try and let it go! But some things can not be forgotten! So what do you do when you are frustrated?

Hi ja hernandez rivas: I don't like to talk with people when I feel frustrated because I could say the wrong things and hurt their feelings and I don't like to work with this mood because things seems to be more difficult when you are stressed. I normally try to relax walking or I just stop for a minute and listen to a song or watch a funny video. This really helps me. ALVARO

Well many times I get quite frustrated with the way people are and act. I cannot understand sometimes the way they are, and really wish that they could walk in someone else's shoes once in a while. I often wonder if it was them, how would they act then? But personally big time lately so many people are really Good in pushing my buttons, and I wish I could turn it around.

If they only could walk in our shoes I know exactly what you mean and I too don't understand why people act the way they do at times they are just so stupid at times and can not seem to think clearly about their actions until it is too late!

I will keep as silent as possible or I will end up saying the wrong things... Then I will find a source of music, classic or soft pop music, jazz is ok too, to listen to until my anger eases. Music always my good source of anger relieve.

I hate getting frustrated and to overcome it i just try to divert my attention to other things. I try to get busy as much as i can. I try to go out, go shopping or window shopping if i don't have money. I meet friends and talk about something else. I never liked to discuss my frustrations as it only makes it worse. Thus i try to make myself busy physically and mentally.

Music will soothe me. When i feel irritated with people around me, I will start playing gospel songs and start singing along with it. Then after several hours, My mind gets cleared up and I would end up forgetting my irritation to them.

I have been dealing with a lot of frustration lately with people and things so I know what you are going through right now. Yesterday, I tried a long shower where I would take a deep breath and put my face under the shower head for as long as I could hold my breath. This cleared my mind for the moment as the only thing that I thought about was the water 'cleansing' and pounding my face and keeping enough air in me to surivie. Also, I find when I am really stuggling with the world around me, I turn off all electronics( computer, phone, t.v) and I do chores or just sit in silence for a while. This helps change your thought patterns as well and helps slow things down in your mind when millions of things are not on taking your attention. I hope you find something that works for you soon!

I take a deep breath and if I can I remove myself. Like I will go outside or go somewhere away from people so I can take a break and calm down and not be tempted to take my frustration our on people I love.

I have a few things that I do. One of them is exercise... especially running! I don't think it gets much better than going to the park or on a trail and just letting my feet take me as far away as they can. Not only am I getting a workout then, but I'm also free to think about things and to just be with myself for a little bit. The other thing I do is write. I keep a journal and I write all of my thoughts and feelings in it. Sometimes it helps me to sort things out and to calm down so that I don't go off on someone. It's normal to be frustrated sometimes... I'm glad that you find other outlets to relieve your frustration!

when i get frustrated, i just keep quiet and pray. that helps me a lot to surpass whatever bad feelings in my heart. also, when i am at the office and gets frustrated, i just look at my son's photo at my PC then everything is like magic and my heart is filled with so much happiness. my son is my source of strength and happiness.

It is very important to not take your own anger, frustration, and negative feelings out on others. I have had others do that to me so I know it is something that I never want to do to anyone else. To avoid taking negative feelings out on others, the first thing to do is to calm yourself down. You can take some deep breaths and sit down and relax. It's also a good idea to engage in a stress relieving activity before you interact with others. For some people, it is exercise, for others, it's reading, for yet others it's watching a movie, etc. or something else. No matter what it takes, never take your negative feelings out on other people, it's not fair or right to do that.

I agree and I try not to do that but it happens sometimes to me and I regret every minute of it so I have found if I go outside or just keep myself occupied I can forget about it, Thanks and have a great day.
