I was looking through my posts and it dawned on me there are interests I have here that I write in a whole lot. I mean there are a few I would say that every time I am on Mylot every time I write in them at least once. For me I would say Frugal living, Family, and politics are some of my favorite interests along with crafting and various sub interests of crafting for example knitting. Does anyone else have interests that they seem to gravitate towards and if so which ones do you write in the most you think. Yes I do realize this is why they have the "my interests" tabs but all the same it isn't like those are the only things I post on and in truth I do not write in all of my interests often enough for them to probably even be in there.

Hi OpinionatedLady to answer that quiry, I really don't have any favorite subject...I just try to join discussion that I think I can speak on honestly...discussiona that I believe that I have something to offer either through experience or common knowledge,,,, what I do is shy away from discussions thats not of interest to me or discussions that have a negative under tone as far as I am concern... Opinions are great but some mylotters are so negative that they seem to take all the strength out of a discussion.... just my opinion...lol

Yes it does seem as though there are certain people on Mylot just to make trouble or be nasty. They bother me a little but it is the people who jump on a conversation and just jibber jabber about something that has nothing to do with the discussion that annoy me the most. Now I do not mean the ones who obviously just missed the point or misunderstood something I mean the ones who get on and start posting about say video games on a post about dogs and what they eat.

Oh thank goodness for that! I thought you might have been referring to me... but I never talk about video games or dogs or what they eat

I had just seen a post in a conversation about God asking about what kind of food people feed their dogs and in a political one about war craft! People just posting anything to make a penny.

The ones I write in the most is probably Questions and Answers, Family, Food, and Relationships, I guess it is the important things I am really most into. I am glad you posted this discussion because it does cause me to think that perhaps there are other interests I should use that interest Mylotters too.

I don't have favourite interests but I do spend a lot of time in this one, the mylot interests and all the similar ones (there are many where questions concerning myLot are posted). I particpate in topic that interest me regardless of where they are posted. If I have not already done so, I usually add the interest when it asks me to so that I avoid getting asked again in the future and not because the interest is of particular interest. That didn't sound right but I hope you get what I mean.

Gotta tell ya I didn't think I had "favorites" either. I thought I did post in lots of different places and I do, but when I went through my old posts both that I have responded to and started discussions in I saw that I gravitated to some very more often then any others. I get what you mean I did the same just join an interest group so as not to have to deny it every time I happen to respond to something in that section. I got it
