JSS Tripler? JBP? Huh?

Hi guys!!! Haven't been here for a while and now I see JSS Tripler and JBP floating around, and everyone says its the best earning site ever and you get 2% back from your investment a day... BUT I STILL DON'T GET IT! I can't even find the actual site online since they all look scammy... so can someone PLEASE explain slowly and carefully how it works, and which is the real site, and whether they have been paid or not? Would be nice to know, thanks!!! :) And also, what is their referral program? I'm willing to join under anyone that already has lots of referrals and knows how to get them and is willing to teach me. Or better yet, someone that is willing to pay a % of what they earn through commissions from me, so its a win win situation for both of us! But if someone can explain how it works first I would be forever grateful!
