But are you really talking about raising the dead?? Call me crazy, but I saw this article about famous celebrities being frozen after death in hopes to be revived again may not be too far off! – BUT it does look like a not for profit organization based out of Michigan has already been taking the steps towards one day making revival from cryopreservation possible! With all the apparently dead people, no heartbeat or respiration — being revived every year, in hospitals all over the world, by the thousands – they seem to think that ‘raising the dead’ is not all that uncommon “The dictionary definition of “death” is permanent cessation of vital functions. Therefore, if someone is recovered, that means the person wasn’t “really” dead in the first place, and we think that’s the best way to look at it.” Call me C R A Z Y.. Whats your take.....??????

I have not thought about that although I have heard of these frozen people for many years. But what I wonder is, would I want to be revived in another world, with noone I love around me, in an alien world? I woulod not even like to be taken out of jail after lots of years.

These are grown ups though. Will they be "born" again with no remembrance of their past life? Will they have forgotten they had a life? Are they going to be old babies? JEEZZZ!!!

I am so curious about the future I would be frozen. I have been interesting in learning more about the process and liklihood of it actually working. Michigan is doing this huh? Interesting. I wonder which famous celebrities are doing this?

I'm not surprised, really. It actually is not that far-fetched what with stem cell research and all but it's just weird. I can't imagine even wanting it. The only reason I'd even want to come back or that anyone would want me would be my loved ones and are they all going to freeze and come back so that we can be one happy but even weirder than we are now little family again? It's creepy, I think.

There are people that actually pays to have their bodies frozen. Hey this come since early Egypt, we all dream of eternal life. Tolkien showed it in the elves of his creation, there are stories about it. Humanity just dream about not leaving behind all we built. Now is it going to be a reality? Personaly I don't think so. I don't believe that life ends, or that this is the real world. But who knows. Can you imagine Madonna coming back to life in the year 3000? I don't know, I imagine she would be a person who would want to be frozen.
