Have a busy Monday to all. Busy day again this Monday due to all request that I have to attend today. We don't have boss in our department for almost three weeks cause she having a vacation outside the country. She'll be visiting her daughter in US.She already leave last Saturday. It is nice to have no boss for awhile cause no one will look around all the time but on the contrary we will be tempt to work that well.It is on us if we will work well and be good when she is not around for quite a long time. Hope there will be no problem occur when she is not around. Lessen pressure and stress for awhile lol.

Well, it is really nice that the bosses are not around. True, that there are no one to look around. You are right that you don't need to work well however, if problems occur (knock on the wood!), you will be the responsible for that. Furthermore, this is also the time you must work well and prove to your boss that your department can have a smooth operation even she is not around. This will not only compliment you as her subordinates but it will also gave her credits because of her good leadership and training she did for you guys.

Good for you and your colleagues. Anyway, I just hope that you can have a contact in any form of cummunication with your boss whenever problem occurs.

Well, I definitely agree with. When my boss is not around, I feel more comfortable working on my desk. There are times that I cannot focus myself with my work especially when my boss is doing some rounds. I feel like, when he's checking on us, I easily make mistakes on my work.

Yeah sometimes we can work better, fast and comfortable if the bos is nit around. We dont get much presurre when we know that there is no one watching.

I worked third shift during a time when I was working outside the home and that meant that our supervisor was never there when we were working and that did mean that our shift was more laid back than first shift was. However, that didn't mean that there wasn't a supervisor in the house because we did always have a shift manager that was on duty. With that said, I never think that there is a free ride when you are working.
