pls help... i dnt even find a site for free games download, all site that i visit,
all asking for credit card or something for payment.,

You can try Steams free to play section. Also some 'indie' developers will give away their games at times. Problem with free games is they generally aren't very good. But there is quite a few out there, depends on what kind of game you're looking for.
For example with the FPS market you can try out combatarms , Battlefield free 2 play and others.
What kind of games are you looking for?

Well I'll be honest I'm out of the loop when it comes to strategy games lately (they lost their appeal the last few years in my opinion). However EA were giving away the original Red Alert game (the very first one) for free a while back. Whether they still are, I can't say for sure.
The shooting games aspect of it theres a few free to play ones such as the ones I listed and a few more... Some are okay, some are good and some aren't worth the effort generally. Just a matter of trial and error to find one you like. Team Fortress 2 for example which a-lot of people love is now free. I for one was never a fan of it.

That blog seems to list quite a few free to play FPS games. You might find something you enjoy there. They seem to list multiplayer and single player.
Obviously any games still currently being sold you won't find for free anywhere (legally anyways).

You are in luck. I just checked, and found out that you can still download Red Alert 1 and 2, and Tibeerian Sun and Firestorm.
Othe interesting games include WarZone 2100.

Abandonia.com is a great site for the older games are now free. Free to play model became really popular in recent years so you can research what games are free to play. There are many great games like Quake Live, DotA 2, Team Fortress 2 etc
