Did you ever have that feeling that you want to do something but you can't do it and you also cannot find the reasons why you CAN'T?! This is what I have been feeling lately. Is there something wrong with me? What should I do? I am so confused.

Yes, and most of the time, its because of pride. I've been wanting to see my father and brother, to discuss things out with family issues, and plan out with them how to resolve it. However, the pride in me just can't let go of my angst on them. I don't think I can face them yet. I so really want all these to be resolved the soonest. But, I can't find the strength and the courage to speak with them. What a shame. Maybe time will heal.

Time will really heal. In your case though, it is really important to communicate or talk to them about it. They are your family anyway. They won't judge you. Pride won't get you anywhere. Your family would understand and love you no matter what that is.

We are what we eat. Feelings such as you describe could very well be related to your nutrition. Green leafy vegetables often have an influence on our feelings of confident self direction. Dark red/purple vegetables like beets and eggplant also help steady our feelings and feed the brain. Personally, if I were to feel as you describe, then I would also take B-complex vitamins :-)

Wow. I didn't know that. I might as well try to eat a lot of vegetables then to help me de-stress. :) .. Thank you for this.

Hi, Kimmy. You may be a little stressed out. I think it would be good for you to just stop and sit for a while, take a deep breath and focus on what you want to do. Let your mind relax for a while. I hope that helps. Have a nice day!

Hey there. I appreciate your response. Yes, I will try that. I've had a lot of things on my mind right now so hopefully, that would really help. I hope you don't have the same problem as I do because it's hard. It kind of feels like crazy. God bless you.

Sometimes thinking too much task to be finish can affect your behavior in doing those. Sometimes, you are too pre-occupied of what you are goign to do first. This might be the reason why you can't finish or can't do it because you are thinking of what to do next before starting the first one. I also felt that early this week. In my case, I used to have list of things to do. I just list all the things and numbered it according to my priority. After I done one on the list, I slashed it. The feeling of finishing tasks makes me feel better and motivated to do the others. It is not necessary to finish all but at least 80-90% is good. If I didn't finish one, I just put the status and have it on the first for the next day. Hope this could help you too.
