warts on face

HI , one of my friend, recently started developing SMALL WARTS on her face, from then onwards, she is loosing her confidence , some of my friends advised her to go to doctor,but the problem is, she never visits any doctor, as she is very afraid of doctors( thank God , she never faced any such problem till now, where she requires to go to a doctor) , any ways ,.. i want to help my friend , so i thought some home remedies may/will help her, to get rid of this problem...PLEASE ,friends, help me to help my friend, any home remedies, which are safe will do.
