I don't know what to eat or drink to get my taste buds satisfied. Last night I went to the grocery. I just bought a liter of sprite and plain yogurt and one bag of biscuit. I didn't like the taste of sprite although I used to love it maybe it was not cold when I drunk it . But this morning I took a sip of the plain, unflavored yogurt and I was satisfied. Despite the weird taste, i felt like I got what I was looking for.

I'm not really a fan of plain yogurt. For me it's too sour I don't know. I usually mix some fruits in it or buy flavoured ones.

It’s good to try something different once in a while. When you eat the same food over and over, you lose appreciation for it. Another factor why one loses appetite for a particular meal is overwhelming taste buds with all types of flavors at one time. A good way to regain your appetite and prepare yourself for the next meal is to cleanse your palate. And plain yoghurt is actually one of the simplest palate cleansers there is. So, even though it is an acquired taste, it’s still a good way to break your routine and renew your appetite.

I like the plain yogurt, too. The simple can be the best. Sometimes the flavored yogurt may not delicious since I don't think it really add the fruits inside. It is all about the chemical stuff. I love China

Eww!!! I really dislike plain yogurt as well. It kind of reminds me of sour scream, which is gross if you think about it just eating it plain. You should get vanilla yogurt, that is yummy. But plain yogurt.... Just ew!

I rarely eat yogurt, and don't really like the plain one, unless it's the Greek type which is creamy. But it can be great if I'm hungry enough, or after eating spicy or sweet foods it can calm down my taste buds. And it's healthy, too.
