Who knows how to make a blog here?

I really want to make a blog here in mylot. But I really do not know how to because I get confused on the "claims" area and the post claim instructions are confusing.

I think they are not accepting personal blog here. I suggest that you make your own if you have the skills to write

You don't make a blog in MyLot. You make it elsewhere (on any blogging platform which supports RSS, Atom or XML feeds) and then apply for it to be included in the Blogs page.
