Greece

I'm a traveling fellow. I've been in many different places and countries. If I had to pick one, I think i'd go with the greek island of paxos and antipaxos. It is a small, quiet island, not famous for its nightlife.:P It's mostly a quiet little place, and since I am not a big fan of partying and nightlife (at least not anymore), i have to say that when i was there it felt like I found my little piece of heaven in this ugly world.:P What about you fellow mylotters? Best places you've been to and suggestions on places i should visit? Next place in my list is scotland! Might even stay there:)

Europe is pretty cool. I really like central european countries as I've visited most of them.:) But you are lucky enough to travel in the states. I really wanna visit both the usa and canada. Problem is I don't know which states to visit.. It's a pretty big country. I am guessing new york will be my first choice as it has a lot of things to see.

Samoa which I saw on my way home from New Zealand in 2002 is my favorite place that I have ever been to. I loved its unspoilt palm fringed beaches, its cool waterfalls and its green rain forests. It felt like a visit to a very special paradise. In fact the whole of that trip had been delightful. The Seychelles was a picture perfect destination for me in 2004. I had one very special and romantic time with my ex boyfriend. One of the days we hired bikes and cycled across La Digue Island. We took a walking track and came to a hidden beach that we had all to ourselves. My best trip of all happened in 2006 and it was 200 pound flight to Cancun in Mexico. I explored Mexico, Belize and Guatemala on that excellent trip. I adored the Mayan ruins, the exciting cave adventure, the fun of staying in a tree house and the enjoyment of snorkeling with sting rays and nurse sharks. Later that year I got pregnant with my disabled son. Now I travel with him and my daughter my travels are somewhat different but still very enjoyable. I loved seeing Cape Town in 2009, Vancouver in 2010, Cartagena in 2011 and Rio in 2012 with my kids.

You are quite well-travelled! Wish I could travel to so many different destination as well. I haven't really been outside of europe. Now that you also mentioned new zealand amongst other places, it's definetely a country I want to visit. I am a fan of the lord of the rings trilogy, now also hobbit is coming out.. and they shot those movies in some incredible places in new zealand!

I travelled quite a lot during my childhood because I was in a band and we did a lot of touring around the world. I think that the best place that I have been to has to be New York City in America. I don't know what it is about that city, but while I was there, I just kept getting the feeling that this was a place where I had to be, and I knew that I would do anything within my power if it meant that I would be able to go back there again someday. I hope that I will be able to go sometime during the summer; I just need enough money for my flight and then everything should be sorted for me to go.

I'm european, and to be honest i've never traveled outside of europe. New york city though is definetely a place one has to visit in his life, because simply it has everything you could ask for. Modern buildings, huge parks, great monuments. The Manhattan skyline looks simply stunning, the central park and the statue of liberty are sights that i definetely have to visit some time!

Not everyone is able to make travels around the world, that's for certain. Either because of a tight financial state, or because of health problems, demanding jobs, family special care, etc. It is good however that every country around the world is blessed with some beautiful parts. Either natural or man-made. So i'm sure you're still able to find a beatiful nature heaven within your range:)

I've been to a few countries. If I have to choose, I would say Xi'an, China is the best place I've been to. I simply love the weather, the foods, and so many places to visit. I do enjoy hanging around with the local people there, as they are so friendly and warmly. My next trip will be Spain, hopefully it will be good.

The world isn't ugly, it's beautiful. The problem are humans trying to ruin it the whole time becouse we care about money before everything else . Well I haven't been so far away from my country (Argentina). The farthest place where I've been is Brazil, which is beautiful (at least the part of it I have visited). But I don't really want to travel unles I've visit every single of the many beautiful places my country has... I love my country, I just hate nowadays inhabitants. To answer your question, I really loved Nahuel Huapi Lake on my own country: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nahuel_Huapi_Lake It's so quiet and relaxing. There are many other wonderful palces in my country such as Iguazu falls (which I havn't visited yet): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iguazu_Falls I would suggest you to visit South America, you really wont regret. You'll find a lot of quiet and natural beautiful places.

Nahuel Huapi Lake is beautiful.:) I love lake sceneries. Argentina is a country well known for its beauty as well as passionate people. I think south american people are very similar to us mediterraneans actually! Not to mention football (or soccer..i don't know which word you use there). Once again you have the best football player of the world. :D
