Rohit is performing well in this IPL. But he was not so good in Indian team in recent past. I think the reason is MI is sending him up the order and showing faith in him. so he is batting really well and keeps that faith. He get some time to spent in crease. But in Indian team MSD is sending him in position 6 or 7 so he get in to the crease in only last 4 to 5 overs. So he has to swing the bat in every ball and goes out. I say he should sent after kohli. Both have some rare talent so they should sent up the order. Let him spent some time in middle and then go after bowling. Then i am sure he can lead the team to victory.

I too think he should be send up the order Indian batting, but Kohli is also performed well in the recent ODI's so that can't be neglected. May be after this IPL Dhoni & coach might change the batting order ...

Yes. Kohli is a talented player. So rohit should be sent after kohli and they can together bring the team to a commanding position.

But i think in this IPL, most of the Indian players was a failure except a few like sewag, rahane, rohit, gambir. I think the Indian captain dhoni is not showing faith in these players and they loose there confidence.

Yeah you are right. The way he played yesterday looks like he is much experienced in cricket. Especially, the way he managed pressure at the moment should really be appreciated. We would also appreciate Ambati Rayudu. He stood behind the success of each winning game of MI. He also the key for Mumbai Indians to move ahead into the first half of the ranking table.

Rohit does look to be in good form. Though he has also been very lucky in this year's IPL. Chances have been put down against him and he has managed not to get out to goo deliveries despite being horribly beaten. But overall he has been good value for money and key part of the MI team. Cheers! Ram

Yup he is. But yet again, as he has done so many times, after making a good contribution, he fails to finish the match! This is probably the reason why he doesn't get a constant place in the Indian side.
