Enough about referrals. So what have you as an upline done to bring vigour into your referrals. Let me confess I have done nothing. But those who have would you like to share that with us?

Oh this is the second part of the previous one lol. In before I have convinced them to write,write and write here. They just post one or two and just left as such.

In the final analysis what I find is that there is little an upline can do and it is left entirely to the referrals to participate.

No I don't think so. You could make them to be active by making them to know the site and few members.

I had a referral once, and it was fantastic while it lasted. I didn't even have to hold his hand and "teach him the ropes", because he was already "myLot trained". I did occasionally show him a thing or two to keep his spirits and interest (among other things) up, but that was about all the effort that I had to put forth to have a great referral.

It's so NICE and refreshing to see both LADIES that I truly do REVERE on myLot on the same discussion! With fullest respect! I truly, in all reverence, do not understand referrals, nor your question dearest "allknowing", only because I have no reliance on anyone, therefore I muster alone. What is the significance of having "referrals"? Remember, I am very (dumb) and naive about the "cyber world"! I really just noticed that a couple of your last discussions where about referrals?????? I truly have missed our fun...I have been away, YOU TWO truly I DO care about! Nice to see you..........................

I missed you too perga and your free flowing language! So you know nothing about referrals? "Ignorance is bliss" and so be it!All those who worked towards getting referrals have a sordid tale to tell as you will see from a topic I had posted on the subject.

Hi ak! I tried in the initial years to get some referrals. However, my efforts did not prove fruitful. After that I stopped making efforts.

As an upline you must have watched the performance of your referral and goaded them to do better perhaps? I remember when I was an upline for an mlm company I used to speak to the prospective customers of my downlines in meetings at various locations.

- Explain how to earn here; all based on my own experiences so it's not only "talk" - Encourage them to be active here by sending message Yet none of them are being active :p But I have some active referrals on another sites. Mostly they are being active after I had explained all things that they need to know..

Most referrals have just one thing in mind and that is to earn here. There is more which they will only find out if they stick around for a while. No amount of sales talk will help them.
