PC keeps restarting by itself?

I manage to learn how to use a computer, but obviously I have no idea about its technical stuff except perhaps for very basic things. Anyway, the last few days my PC keeps restarting by itself. It is very puzzling to me, not to mention annoying and highly frustrating. It seems to happen when I am surfing the web, and it even happened in the middle of using the search function in myLot. I was also reading a discussion in myLot when it happened, without clicking anything or touching anything on my computer, all of a sudden the screen went black and the computer is restarting…
What could be the reasons? Is it infected by some kind of viruses?

The possible reason is virus attack, as far i can guess. I am not an expert too in computer but as i have been using computers from so many years, hence i have guessed. Again, if you give overload to your computer by opening too many tabs or downloading too many stuffs, then it can happen too. But prime chance defines virus. So try to check it. there are many demos on net to clean your pc to some extend.
have a nice time sishy.

Thank you for your suggestion. Actually, I can't figure out how to check the CPU temperature
. But just by touching it from the outside, it seems quite normal to me.
Anyway, the problem has not happened all morning today. I hope somehow it fixed itself, and I won't need to call a technician to take a look or something...
