I don't really have a favorite season, but I do miss the snow... I'm still trying to get used to 'opposite' seasons here; it feels strange sometimes to have Fall in March, Spring in September, and most of all, Christmas in the Summer time! When I lived in Maryland during the '80s, I'd be making a snowman on my front yard at Christmas time... [em]happy[/em]

Definitely a cultural thing as responders before me mentioned. I have friends who are in similar situation as you are and some of them even choose to live abroad where they can 'escape' the pressure from families and societies. Outside their own culture, they soon find out that it is just a normal thing and they can carry on with their lives much easier and happier.

I have nothing against reality TV. It's just that I don't really watch TV much in general. The only reality TV show I enjoy is American Idol. Now that it's over, I'll probably just wait until next season's audition starts. Other times, I watch sports on TV.

I know I can always record it then watch it in more convenient time; but some games, especially finals, are much better to be watched live...
