i don't know if they're just careless or they just really don't care

i'm very disappointed today with the services of the cebu pacific airlines today, as well as the people who were in charge of the customers' baggage at the airport..and also, the porters at the airport.. 1st--staff from the airline didn't allow me to just hand carry my PC-CPU..so i checked it in..and they assure me that they'll handle it with care..in fact, they placed a FRAGILE sticker on it..and i wrote on the box which side up and what's inside the box..but what happened when i arrived on my destination and waited for the staff to distribute the baggage-- my box is placed on the wrong side; and an unknown bag was placed at the top of my bag..sh**..can't they read FRAGILE???and what's worst is when i checked my CPU, the front side of it was broken..there's a big crack on it.. 2nd--porters at the airport won't let me use the cart for the baggage if i won't avail their service..hello???carts are supposed to be used by the passengers with free of charge..and porters' service is optional..so i just carried all my baggage out in the airport.. now, im starting to hate travelling with airlines and to places with such poor services...

They just do their job, no they are not interested in you as a person, yes you are just a (paying) number and no it doesn't matter if you feel disappointed or won't come back since they will always have customers.

it's a poor thing that people do their jobs just for the sake that they did their jobs..the mentality of most people that they don't care about the feedback of their customers, as long as they are "doing their jobs" and they receive regular pay from their employers..in any type of work, i believe each should do the best they can do..people shouldn't settle on mediocrity..

file a formal complaint then..they insisted on having it checked in, then they should have taken cared of it!

Cebu Pacific has been receiving a lot of complaints already. In fact, because of their carelessness, a celebrity couple here and her entourage got into a fight with a famous reporter from a TV network. All started from a baggage of the couple that was not placed in the same flight as them.
