This is a question i always wanted to ask. I'm a nurse and for me life makes interesting if you can lend your helping hands to the people who needs you.In every duty i have, i do my best I can to take care of my patients, because it's dealing life.

I agree with you. That does make life good. I'm glad that you do this especially as lives are often at stake when you are taking care of people. I too enjoy helping people to the best of my ability. It makes life so much better when we know that we are doing something worthwhile.

So this means you only feel great because there are people depending on you? Who need you? Who have no other place or person to turn to? I think that is a bad thing. I also wonder how you will feel if nobody needs you anymore. You never wonder who you are? How about you? Who are you without people needing you? Since this will happen one day.. sooner or later. To be honest I think you are the first nurse who would do the best to take care of the patients most dont care at all, it's just a job like others and for many (incl. doctors) it's not even possible to put themselves into the shoes of the patients at all. They will never know how they feel, how miserable and hard life is if you have to deal with daily pain, lack of sleep, if your illness (or the meds) are breaking you down and kill everything in you (incl. the last bit of energy). Plus nothing is so annoying as hearing: how are WE doing today or not be taking seriously.
