Drinking Warm Water Mixed With A Little Lemon Juice

Hi all, have you ever heard of this? Drinking warm water mixed in a little lemon juice in the morning before you start your activities gives you a lot of health benefits. Some of the benefits are that your immune system will be strengthened, your pH will stay in balance, your body weight will decrease, and will freshen your skin. There are still other benefits I think. What do you say, my dear mylotters?

its an common remedy here, i use to drink this every morning before going for a walk, I add 1-2 tea spoon honey in this mixture, It is very helpful in weight-loosing, it burns extra fat, squeegeeing half lemon supplies enough vitamin c for the day.. it is also very beneficial for glowing skin :)

I've not tried that. The only benefit i know about drinking would be plain water. It helps to flush out our waste from previous night, cleansing our system at the same time. It also hydrates our body the moment we wake up, and the process of drinking allows us to freshen up throughout the day. Your recommendation sounds good, i would try it one day for a change, at least it adds some flavor to my drink.

Oh yes, I agree. I've tried this before, especially when I am on diet because it flushes toxin from your body and better to take it with empty stomach it works to me but i am not sure if it will work to others. Also warm water with lemon juice helps to lower your bad cholesterol level, gives energy, relieves some digestion problems, helps you to lose weight and some health benefits.
