I loved that show and also miss it. And although the actor was not what I would call "handsome", he was very attractive in his very witty way. I´m very sorry that shows such as these end faster than boring shows that show nothing now.

I agree that Tim Roth (the actor that plays Cal Lightman) is cute in an unconventional and quirky kind of way. I have seen him in other things, and I think he brings that same essence to many of his characters. I also really like Kelli Williams (the actress that plays Gillian Foster). She has been in a lot of things, and I think I have liked her in every role I have seen her in. It is sad that such a good show with such good actors/actresses got cancelled after only a few seasons.

I hope it doesn´t happen like that with another witty show I love: Whitney. It seems that conventional shows bore me more each day that passes. I´d love to see Tim Roth in other shows or movies. Please, enlighten me, PA.

I do not know why they decided to cancel the show. I really liked it, and the way that it ended was just not right ... I do not think it was intended to be cancelled when they aired the last episode, because otherwise I would think they would not have left it like they did. Instead, they would have wrapped it up better instead of leaving things so open.

Oh, I SO do not want to talk about season finales, because I really like "NCIS" and "NCIS: Los Angeles", but I really disliked how both of them ended. I am pretty sure that "NCIS" is coming back, and "NCIS: Los Angeles" did have "to be continued" shown at the end, but I am not sure how they will come back from that last show. At least with "Lie To Me" there were a ton of possibilities for where it could go, but with the potential elimination of key characters, like on the "CSI: Miami" finale you mentioned, there are not many places to take the show and I really start to wonder whether or not it will be cancelled. At least with shows like "House" there was a series finale that wrapped up the entire show rather than leaving the audience hanging, although I fell asleep in the middle and did not get to watch the entire thing.

Did you see the season finale this year with Ducky? That is not necessarily set in stone, and I hope that it is another "Horatio" moment where it looks like he will not be alright but makes a full recovery.

Yes, I remember that show. I actually own season one. I got it for collecting points on cokerewards.com. It was a good show. The ratings were good enough to keep the show, but it came down for FOX between keeping Lie to Me, or one other show. I can't remember the one that took it's place, but needless to say, the show they chose over Lie to Me has been canceled by now.

Castle is on ABC. I'm sure FOX would have loved to have it though!

I really liked that show. I am watching through it on Netflix currently. Fox is great at axing good shows. They have a history of it.

There have been a few shows that Fox has cancelled (although admittedly they are not the only network that has done this), and viewers were upset because the shows were really good, so other networks have picked them up and started running them again with new episodes. It would be great if "Lie To Me" could get added to this list.
