What are the ways that you do just to get rid of your pimples. I have used a germicidal soap for my face and somehow it helps me to get rid of pimples; however, it seems that the effect of this is it makes my skin dry. I do not know if it is okay to use 2 kinds of soap to my face. If I use germicidal soap, it rid my pimples but make myself dry. If I use mild soap for my face, it makes it oily. They say that if you have oily skin, your skin won't age that much. What do you think? Have you had similar experience?

Hi! You should use the best quality soap which is not going to make your face dry. Wash you face as many times, as possible during the day with plain water. Try to take less oily and fatty food. If the problem is hereditiry then you may not get rid of your pimples easily. All the best.

I had trouble with pimples before but I don't get them most of the time and if I do, I get those one big ones when I get really stressed out or did not sleep. What I did to control it was to wash my face at least twice a day. I have combination-oily skin. Don't over wash your face though because this can make your skin over produce oils because it may think that you lack oil. So 3 times a day is the most. Make sure you use non-comedogenic products. It will be listed on the back or front of the item. Use oil blotters throughout the day to remove excess oil because this can cause pimple to appear. Use a weekly cleansing mask too because this will can help clear out your face. Most "pimple fighting" products contain salicylic acid so beware that this can be drying to your skin. Just make sure that your face is as clean as possible throughout the day and you will see the gradual decrease of pimples.

you have done you're part and i guess it's high time for you to consider a dermatologist. i have been into your situation during my third quarter pregnancy. i feel like there was no space for another pimples to sprout in my face because they were crowded already. i was just thankful that i didn't have second thoughts in consulting to the skin doctor.I worked in the marketing line before so I need to meet up with customers every day.Coupled with work pressure, lack of sleep, being pregnant and other factors, the skin became dull and the black spots were more obvious! My friends commented that I looked old. My confidence level really fell; I was shy to face my clients and i fell like my husband don't wanna lay an eye on me anymore. Fortunately, my husband brought me to his friend doctor. After a few short months of professional treatment, my face stopped being so sensitive, even the spots had slowly diminished! Now,I became more confident to face people.

How about if I have no money to pay for a dermatologist? Are there any other ways in which I can still take care of my face without a need for me to spend much?

Soaps, creams, lotions give temporary relief, but home remedies are very helpful, you may try any or all of the following.. Apply garlic paste over them or rub one or two cloves of cut garlic; this prevents infection. Apply egg white with a cotton swab, wash with warm water after 15 minutes; this prevents recurrence of pimples. Mix paste of sandal wood, tender neem leaves with rose water, apply at bed time, wash with warm water in morning. Apply paste made from powder of orange skin dried in shade and mixed in water, apply at bed time, wash with warm water in morning. Please avoid oily, spicy foods, keep your bowel clean.

I sometimes get pimples do to stress. I won't use acne face wash anymore! It dries out my skin to much! Right now I just use Noxzema and Neutragena faceal scrub. Plus a moistuizer.

If possible squeeze a lemon in each litre of water u drink n consume it... Always wash your face.. with the regular soap u use.. If u r having an oily face.. try washing ur afce with " Clean & Clear" facewash.. As I have good result from using Clean & Clear facewash.. I have been very fortunate in my life when it comes to pimples. it was never really a problem for me. Pin=mple breakouts were something that was very rare to my life and I am quite thankful for it. i do have family members who suffer greatly with this problems and seem to have a difficult time easing the comfort.

Of course a soap like that will dry out your skin. You really think the soup can see the difference between your skin and the part where a pimple is? You can also use a soap less agressive, or better.. no soap at all (or any soap). The fat/oily skin is because of your hormons.. the more you take it away the more oily it will be sooner or later. They say so much but what works for you, you have to find out yourself.

I think you need to keep the soaps away from you. When I consulted my pimples to a doctor she asked me to keep the soaps far away from your face and instead of it he asked me to use of groundnut powder to wash the face along with it he had given me some medicines. It helped to remove a lot of pimples one my face. I hope you can make use of the groundnut powder to wash your face all the time.
