what should i do, i can't access a website when others can access the same site

without any problem. i don't know what i should do to access a certain website i visit daily. it is not accessible on my end when others said they don't have problem loading it tried to ping and i got the result of 4 packets sent, 0 received and 4 loss. i need to access the site as soon as possible. i dont' know what else to do.

I had a site about a month ago that WOULD NOT load for me. I tried everything I knew, then finally cleared the cookies and that fixed it for me.

that didn't help . i would need to find other ways. i would like to use proxy but i am worried about virus in proxy.
