Trivia relating to IPL - cricket

I cam across this info in net and though it fit to share with mylot members. Today is the finals CSK Vs. KKR. Vodafone has sent message on Friday morning itself stating finals on Sunday between CSK Vs. KKR even before the match with Delhi started. it was attributed to human error. Vijay of CSK is the fourth player to make two hundred in IPL. So another issue that raises the eye brow of those who say that IPL is fixed. :) I just think things have been blown too much out of context. I get a feeling that there is a set of people who want IPL to be out and they are using every avenue to make it go. On the one hand, I agree with the power situation in some places and find that IPL being in the evening consumes so much of power while the city has power cuts and think that something needs to be done about it. But the rest seems to me just as some thought out plan to scuttle IPL and poor people are jumping onto the bandwagon. :) Cheers! Ram

I also felt that sometimes the matches might be fixed. I think fixing match is not good and the players who do it should be banned.

I am looking forward to see the final of the IPL. I do not like one sided matches. I think some of the matches were one sided matches and it was not fun to watch these matches. I think lots of people will be spending their time watching the IPL final.

I think most probably CSK will win as they are very dominant team and has good batsman. I think at least five foreign players should be allowed to play considering the amount each franchises spend on the players during auction.
