$0.10, $0.18 payouts -- REALLY?!

I had really never paid attention to "proofs of payout" postings because I know how easily these things can be made up but this evening I was in a forum and notice people posting proof where they cashed out $0.10, $0.13 or $0.87. I mean really, do people actually cash out such low amounts? Why? Regards, Stan

I think people want to cash out as early as possible because, even if the earning is too low, in any case, the site goes scam, they will have to lose less compared to that in high minimum payout and you know any site can go scam at any moment and so people do not want to take any risk.

I had a feeling that was the reason DoctorDidi but I didn't want to assume anything. But don't you think it's better just to focus on the sites that are legitimate so has to not potentially waste your time? Cheers, Stan

The only reason I would cash out early in a website is to confirm it's legitimacy in the first place. After which I like to accumulate my money and cash out when I have a bit more money in the account. The only other reason I would cash out early on is if I felt that the stability of the website wasn't going to last long and the website would either go broke, or just end up going scammy and refusing to pay it's members. I have had so called, "legitimate" websites convert money I actually earned as cash into, "POINTS" to buy stuff through their website. WHY would I do that? It's my cash, such an act is in my opinion illegal. It's like you work at a job, then they say. "Oh, well. We're a little short on cash this month. Would you like if we bought you a happy mean at Mcdonalds?"

I can understand the rationale of withdrawing early and low to get what you earn before a site folds but I think, no big deal as long as you haven't invested anything. All you lose is time spent. I know that's a lot for some folks who spend a lot time on those sites. Cheers, Stan

I generally don't care if it's under $5.00 to cashout in a hurry. Now once I start getting $5.00-$15.00 etc. etc. in my payout queue I would want to withdraw as quickly as possible as that adds up. It is a bit beyond me why after getting paid initially the $0.15 that they would continue to do so though. They're actually not making very money after paypal and other associated fees by doing so.

Not that it matters. I am slowly working myself into higher paying markets. Going from that measly $0.10 to generally at the minimum about $5.00 to $15.00+ per order I deliver to a variety of clients. Soon I will be moving to an even higher market selling services for over $30+ per order. This being the case, making $0.05 or $0.10 here and there seems kind of like a waste of time to me. The only benefit I see in websites that pay that low are perhaps building a proper downline. I like Mylot not for the cash, but for the chatting I can do on it and just enjoy it and every now and then get some extra cash to spend on a variety of ventures i am working on.

I cash out sometimes such low amount just to check out if what the site says is true, There are many scam sites. With new ones, I cashout ASAP just in case. I want to know if they pay, how long it takes for the money to reach my pockets and if there are cashout fees. With old and legit sites, I donĀ“t much care about cashing out my money until I need it.

How long do those sites make you wait for payments anyway? I remember so used to make you wait 30, 60 and sometimes 90 days for payment. Is that still going on? Cheers, Stan

All sites are different. There are some legit sites that pay in seconds, as soon as you ask for your money. Others will pay in a few days or a couple of weeks to standard members, according to their TOS. Usually sites that have so low cashouts pay immediatly the first time, but the second time cshout is higher.

As far as I gather, people tend to test those programs especially new ones. I also nver pay attention to "proof of payment" screenshot as most of them are fake. That's all is to it!

You mean that you saw them at Mylot? The're "proofs of payout" for Searching at Mylot. I used to received much before, but now, I have not had them for a long time. Maybe because I didn't use Mylot Searching much :)

No I haven't seen any at mylot. I see them in online forums and I've seen some sites that make it mandatory to post proof before getting paid. Those sites are the ones I believe that fold very quickly. Cheers, Stan

yes i post it too and seriously if you share proofs even it is small there is a good chance of getting refferals

But Suraj, if people join a site using your referral link and it becomes a SCAM, soon they will no longer trust you as well. Is it worth it? Cheers, Stan

I try and wait until I have at least 5 or 10 dollars before I cash out on sites. But I am sure people want to make sure they are paying before they continue with the site so they are not wasting their time

The value of money is relative. If I walk into a store with 18 cents, I might has well have nothing. However, if I earn 18 cents on mylot today I think it was a pretty good day on mylot.

Generally, I would not cash out with such small amounts, and of course many sites would not let you do so anyhow. However, I do understand the need to prove a site trustworthy before you can trust them very far. Many sites end up being scams.

Who knows mate, to me, cashing out such amounts seems petty and childish and a waste of time...I mean, what's the point?

The lowest cash out I've ever done is $2, but of course usually it is $5 or $10. I don't see the point in cashing out amounts less than $1 even if is available.

Well the general consensus appears to be that people do it to cut their losses before the poorly managed or SCAM sites go offline. I just assume avoid them all together. Cheers, Stan

I agree with you 100%. I have always been curious why people would want a 10 cents cash out. I would much rather wait until it accumulates something actually spendable. I mean, I could easily find 10 cents sitting in the bottom of my purse, you know? I prefer things to build up. Even my MyLot earnings - I allow to sit in my PayPal account until they accumulate to something half-decent.

The majority response is that they want to get the money earned before the sites stop paying. I guess the logic is ok but for me, I just stay away from those sites that give even the slightest hint of not being sustainable. Cheers, Stan
