I bought 3 bras from ebay for about $30. When I got them they were basically damaged. They werent the sizes I orders, and the tags inside were cut out. I emailed the sellers, a few times to try and work it out. Well they were rude, and told me to pay to ship the item back (yet it didnt state that anywhere when I bought them). I waited about a week to give them time, nothing. So I put a dispute in. The seller clearly declined it. They sent me back a message saying pay to ship them back, they will then refund me, or ship more out (yea my rear you will liars). They told me to drop the dispute, and simple spend more money to mail it back. I told them no Im not dropping the dispute, and I want paid to ship them back because they lied, and just taking more of my money. I want a refund of the amount back. Im giving them a couple more days, and if not Im putting in another complaint against them.

Yes, I agree sometimes there are some unhonest people in this world. Yet, they think people should just accept it and pat them on the back like they did a good job.

You can call customer service too. Hopefully you will be successful. It is not right to deceive your buyers. Ebay should settle the dispute in a positive way.

In all the years I used eBay (I primarily use Amazon now), I had one instance where I received a bad deal. I remember I bought a pair of spy sunglasses for $60 odd dollars but when I got them, they were little more than a piece of junk. Their intended purpose barely worked. The seller tried his best to keep from having to refund my money but eventually he did do it. That's too bad you had such a problem with the seller. I hope it'll work out okay for you soon.

I am sorry to hear you get troubles with buying from Ebay. I understand your feeling now. We easily get such problems from online buying. I used to get wrong color and the quality of a coat is not as what i see on its pictures. I was very disappointed about it.
