Double protection. (women issues)

Ok, I often have a heavy flow and will wear a tampon but also a pad just in case. Just wondering if anyone else ever does this. Would hate to be caught in public with a big red spot on my pants.

I do this, but I HAVE to. My flow is, and always has been, very, very heavy. I have to wear a super plus tampon, AND an overnight pad ALL THE TIME, and even then I still sometimes get leaks! Its insane.
