thinking of what will my life turned out to be 10 or 20 years from now

Hei, don't leave everything to God and you sit idle. You can start taking decisions and if God wills, it will work out or else it will not. You should also know your destiny, how will be your future to a certain extend. Rest leave to Him.

This thought always comes into my mind. It scares me. I get worried everytime I think about it. I wish to be as productive as possible and hope that after 10 years and 20 years, life will just get better and better.

Yeah, actually and whatever i thought of in the past 10 year is not exactly what was happening now in my life... we obviously think too far ahead and too unrealistic. haha ;) But hey.. i am not losing hope and i know this is just merely a test of faith and i will still have a good life ahead of me. much better than what i had planned

I think about the future all the time, it's what keeps me going when times are tough. In ten years time, I want to have paid off all my debts and be running a successful company (or group of companies). I want all my friends to have good jobs working for me, and I want the resources to support my family. I want a nice house in the countryside, to be able to go on holiday anytime I want, and to be able to afford a ticket with Virgin Galactic. Someone to share all this good stuff with would be nice too. ;-)

It is really something that is really interesting to really think about right to say the least. Of course, a lot can really happen in the world, that will indirectly affect my life right in ten to twenty years. A lot can happen in a year as a matter of fact, so the future is anything but certain in this day and age. In ten years, we might be turning into a golden age of humanity or hell on earth. You just never know what is going to happen in the next few years, what is going to happen to humanity in general, never mind what is going to really happen right to me. I think that I'll just really do the best that I can really want to really do right out there. Just hope that things are going to really improve and in the next ten years, I'm a bit better. But the only thing for sure is nothing is for sure.

Yeah I often think about this. I try and visualize what things will be like and how my life will be. I wonder what type of work I will be doing then and what my family life will be like. I hope that in that length of time things will be well. I agree with you it is so much better to keep our life simple to the best of our ability. Having a simple life allows for us to be able to spend time with family and friends. I agree with you we have to do our part in order for our life to be what we would like it to be.

Everyday I always makes my life meaningful and full of happiness as much as possible. Sometimes when I am alone at home I think about my future 10 years from now I want to have 3 lovely kids, well established work, beautiful house with garden and big kitchen, still with my husband and happily married. After 20 years I am hoping that my children will grow as a better person and with a good job. Also hoping that my husband and I can were still together, happy and in love.
