My laptop kust died!

I was hoping my laptop last awhile longer but it just died. It won't charge now and my warrty is up now. I was thinking of getting a Blackberry Playbook for when I petsit but I may have to buy a laptop now as well for when I'm home. I may buy a cheap one from Walmart for $300 - $500 saving me some money instead of buying it from Best Buy or FutureShop.
