Who you are now, and Who you will be in 5 years, are the same, except for two things, the people you meet, and the books you read. "Charlie "Tremendous" Jones. Things to do to develop yourself are as follows. 1. Speak positively about yourself, out loud as well as in your mind. 2. Read books that challenge your believes about the way your life should be. 3. Attend seminars about personal and professional development. 4. Evaluate your day each night, and don't start your day until it is planned. That is a good start. Some books I personally recommend are. Think and Grow Rich "Napoleon Hill", How to Win Friends and Influence People "Dale Carnegie", also Biographies of people you admire, and books on peoples personalities. If you have any questions about any of the suggestions, remember, I am always here for you. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

For me, it is a good way to find a way to stimulate myself. For instance, you can apply to training class or audit in the college or you can also apply to some examinations such as CATTI and keep in touch with the friends who are in common and share how you are getting along. Good luck!
