i would like to buy a egift card at barns and noble with paypal.Can i ?

You can, but you'd need to have the PayPal debit card to do it. Barnes and Noble don't accept PayPal, but they will take the PayPal debit card because it's a MasterCard.

The only way to apply for PayPal's credit and debit cards is to do it online when you're logged into your account.

As far as I can tell you can't buy a BN ecard with paypal. I don't see it as an option when I check out there.
