Our brain has both a reward centre and punishment centre to keep us on our track. Similarly we experience both positive and negative feedback in our daily interactions. I was just wondering whether positive response has more of a role or a negative feedback makes more of an impression in deciding our future approaches. Thanks in advance for posting and happy mylotting!

That's a tough one. I think when you're teaching something, negative feedback creates boundaries which are needed, while positive feedback makes one want to do more to receive more good feedback. So... I guess my answer is "both."
