Funny Girl!

My daughter was doing laundry the other day, and knew her two year old was awfully quiet.
As she come out of the laundry room and peeked around the corner this is what my beautiful little granddaughter decided to do with her Daddy's socks that is in the Army.
Hope this brings a smile to see the simpler things in life can still be so much fun!

Hi Page it is fun to put something up that can be fun instead of all the doom and gloom we hear on the news.

I have a three year old grand daughter that amazes me at how fast they learn at this age. I feel like she has kept me sane since losing our daughter to pancreatic cancer two years ago.
She can cheer me up pretty fast

Judy I am so sorry for your loss. I understand completely as I lost a grandbaby girl at 21 months to a rare genetic disease.
My Daughter in law got pregnant again not on purpose but God has his ways...and she has a now beautiful little boy almost7 years old now.

What a funny girl she made me laugh seeing her there with her dads socks on her hands and her feet.My grandchildren are a constant source of pleasure to me.We love them to come and stay.They are 7 and 9 both as different as chalk and cheese.Connor the seven year old is so obvious with his mischief but Katie is more the careful one,you know it was her but proving it is almost impossible.They cuddle me and love to spend time with me. MY daughter works a couple of days in the week and is just finishing a college course.She is so busy which is great for me then I can have them to myself.I just love them to bits and I just cannot help myself.We go to the duck pond to feed the ducks,we go down the river to our special place under the weeping willow,it is just wonderful and we don't spend a penny.We go over the park to the swings.We do all the things I used to do with my children when they were young,we also picnic.They are a great source of unconditional love Icould go on forever but I know you know what I am saying.

Thanks for your sharing of your two beautiful grandchildren. Unfortunately I am in Florida and My daughter and babies are at Ft Riley in Kansas. So while I dont get to see them much I still send things and we talk on the phone and share pictures. Thank God for Facebook.
I never wanted to join but I get daily updates of pictures and what they are doing.
And we video chat when we can manage to find time together.

Oh she is so sweet and cute. Even she is just a little girl yet can do the laundry. I always wish to have a little kid too because kids smile always make me happy.

oh, she's so adorable, marie2052! the psychoartist always wanted a little daughter but it was not meant to be...i have been blessed with a college student aged son and am looking forward to hopefully having a granddaughter one day to spoil and buy lots of toys and clothes with! enjoy your sweet little one!

So we are saying I have another military girl in the family? LOL
I was in, My oldest daughter had to show me up and went to the marine corp., and my second daughter went in the Army. Now my baby daughter is married to a military man Yep keeps turning out all my girls are military one way or the other LOL

Ha ha - that is too cute!! And that's pretty good that for only 2 she has the motor skills to put on those long songs by herself!! She is beautiful, marie2052! Yes, the simpler things in life are simply the best - enjoy this time with your granddaughter!!!

Thanks hon she turns 3 in November.
She is into dressup now.
My daughter gets her dressed in the morning. Then she comes down for breakfast and then she will go back up to her room, and before my daughter can get her she will be opening her drawers changing her outfits.
Then she comes downstairs to model for mom. LOL
