Do we earn from referral at mylot?

If I refer some one to mylot and they are active in the community, will I earn from them? whether I am active or not?

But I saw the earnings from my referral few days back and now those earnings are gone, is it because I was not active?

My referral is still on mylot and his discussion number didn't change, nothing got deleted except my earnings :(

Yes you would earn from them. So you can invite your family and friends to come and join myLot! 
I believe you will earn 25% correct me if i'm wrong, but it's a good income! You get 20 referrals or more.

Yes. You are paid 25% of whatever your referrals earn as participation earnings (not from THEIR referral earnings or 'rewards'.)

Yes, earn money from them but your earning it only came from discussions (about 25% from their earning in discussion). Other income like task or search engine only for your referral.
Note: You only earn your money if you active or at least login within 90 days, if not, your earning will forfeited.

yeah u will earn even when u are not active but that doesnot mean that you would be inactive for 3 months as MyLot instructs its users to log in atleast once in 3 months in case they dont get time to come on MyLot.
