It is known that frequent anger raise risk of heart disease significantly and also damages the brain. Anger could be a part of our physical makeup and a primitive defense mechanism. Majority of people get angry more often as their frustration tolerance lowers. This low tolerance level can be caused by a number of reasons, stress or anxiety, physical or emotional pain, drugs and alcohol, or simply having a bad day. It is found that meditation is one of the best ways to control anger. There are also other ways of anger management. The methods to relieve our stress could help a lot. Avoid being angry and be healthy it could hurt oneself and others too.

Rightly said; why does one get angry? There are a number of causes and anger levels vary from person to person. From personal experience I feel that impatient people, people with plenty of expectations, sensitive people and egocentric people fly into a rage very quickly. Their rage may of course manifest itself in different forms; some may resort to spluttering words and tears of rage, some may yell and scream, others may bottle their feelings and pull a long face, and others may just gobble up their frustration for the time being but take it out on one and all throughout the day. Whatever it is ,intense anger only eats into one's own wellbeing and meditation may provide a cure for this. Prayer, silence, counting one to ten, writing down one's own feelings on a piece of paper, may be some methods but avoiding it would be the best.Prevention is always better than cure after all

Hello Shamack. I have to face a lot of students every day, good and bad ones. As to good students, they are mostly cooperative in class, listening to you, but as to those "bad" ones, they just cannot keep quiet unless they are tired and sleepy in class. I have around four or five noise-making boys in class, who never study in and out of class. I have to ask them to keep quiet not to bother my teaching, but sometimes it won't help. Then I lose my temper and get angry. Sometimes I can well control myself not to lose temper, but there are also times when I cannot control my anger. I keep telling myself not to get angry as it does no good to my health. I am a good-tempered man, yet I find it sometimes hard not to lose temper based on the situation. Now I think that I had better not get angry in class for the sake of my health. Take care.

You are right. Being angry is harmful for the health. The scientists had such kind of experiment. They collected the breath from the angry people. And then they insert this into the mice and it led the mice to die. This experiment tells us the disadvantages of being angry. I love China

I can't help myself to be angry sometimes. I am fully aware of what I would get from getting angry. It is no good. Some people kill people just because they fail to control their intense anger to someone else. Anger is very dangerous when not being managed well. It cause health problems, emotional problems and even criminal offense. Nice post!

Anger hurt your part of your body and being. it doesn't just affect your physical being. It affects your emotions as well. Anger can bring on stress and depression and make you lose control. Once things are said or done in anger they can't be taken tack. that puts a toll on us too. when we are free of anger, life is richer all around.

I cannot deny the fact that i'm a sort of a hot tempered type of a person especially for those who are hard to understand. But fortunately right now, i learn how to handle my temper. I have a long patience compare before. I learn to adjust and deal things with no anger. As long as i can, i tried to avoid anger in order to avoid stress. Without anger it can help you having a wonderful day!

I am guilty about this topic since i am grouchy sometimes. Like when i am doing something or focused in some areas. Sometimes people around you just wants you to be mad. My brother just wants to tease and mess with me. I don`t know if he wants my attention or wants to bond with me in a manly way but i really cant handle him Like what you have said being angry is not healthy and maybe one of this i will learn how to manage it. Like being calm even if a person really is irritable or if their some kind of bad situation

Anger can also drive and motivate a person, who might otherwise let people run over them. I will agree long term anger, or constant anger can be very dangerous, but a little spurt here and there might help in one way or another.

yes very rightly said. Anger not only hurts your heart but also kills oneself from within. You not only hurt your near and dear ones but also put a question mark on your relationship with them. It is always advisable to stay cool and calm and take the situations as they come our way.
